Oct 11,2024Tried to download the software but was blocked by Firefox and Chrome, both of which stated it contained malware. Decided that I had no interest in downloading after that point and requested a refund well over a week ago. Epubor first stalled, then said they would refund me if I initiated a refund request through their 2Checkout system, then refused to refund me. So malware laden software + an unethical company = I am glad the software never made it onto my pc. I will resolve with my credit card company.

Sep 25,2024I'm a PhD student, and it's been so helpful to have Epubor Ultimate to convert all of my ebooks into transferrable formats. I can now load everything onto my Kindle so I can do my reading and highlighting on an e-ink screen - much better for the eyes! Easy to install, works seamlessly with Kindle, Adobe editions, etc.

Sep 19,2024First of all: the product is unique and great, we can achieve to read a EPUB with DRM you buy on any device. Congrats Epubor devs, the software is gold! However: - A lifetime license works only 1 year once you get it, or on your computer once activated. - There is a retrieval to do after we can see in the support epubor[dot]com[slash]support[dot]html but nothing works fine: - Chat does not open on any browser - Automatic-retrieval form does not do anything - support email is unresponsive, I didn't get response - There is a dark support mail in [g]mail (not support[at]epubor) I found there for pro-active users like us checking something to Trust... This looks like an abandoned product with a lucrative model to a minority. Are your initial 60$ for a "life" thing sustainable? Probably not because it's linked to the product owner very flakky. Note I wouldn't have complained if I had bought a service. In 2024 wour software are assimilated to services that's terrible to not know what you paid for something titled "life".
