Despite not being able to send out full order to me, the ability to contact me and let me know, refund me the difference and add some goodies really did make up for it. I had a lovely email describing how hard you did try to find me the rug I had ordered before having to give in I was truely amazed and impressed with how it was dealt with so would like to thank you very much and have been recommending you every chance I get. I believe in honest reviews and praise where praise is due. I tried to order another stable tidy for my trailer, I just missed out on the last they had in stock, they are amazing quality and so useful. Laura was so apologetic that she wasn't able to get me another, she has gone out of her way to look for an alternative. You couldn't ask for better service, usually when I need to buy something I go to a shop and get it same day, however I no longer do that, why go to a shop when get such a great service, at a great price from equestrian rose, and you know if you need to you have exceptional customer service if anything needs to be changed. Highly recommend there products and there service.
