Sep 28,2022Unfortunately I received the wrong size, however, even though I emailed late at night with the problem I had a reply straight away stating how to rectify the problem. I sent back the coat and received the correct one within a couple of days and a lovely baseball cap as an apology. The coat is superb - have worn it all day today in the torrential rain and stayed warm and dry. I have the lightweight coat which is plenty warm enough.
