What a relief to have our New Age RE team handle the claim, remediation, and restoration after water damage in our rental. They make it easier to have real estate investments.
Ryan at New Age has been great to respond to our requests for maintenance on our rental property. The office staff is also very responsive. I like having the portal so that I can look back on prior conversations and check to see if I actually did ask to have the furnace serviced! Paperwork has been easy to use for tax purposes as well. Deposits have been prompt and with no surprises.
I have had poor communication when it was time for rent agreements with tenants. And when I reached out to management I got no response.
New age is very friendly to work with, and they do a great job as property management. They get two stars because their accounting is ATROCIOUS. What I would like to get is a nice clean monthly statement for each unit that shows money coming in and money going out, like a bank statement. Instead, I receive multiple statements per month per unit. The statements do not identify which unit the statement is for. Sometimes units are combined on a statement, sometimes not. It takes me hours to go through all the statements and reconcile them, which makes me wonder why I'm paying for this?
While I get good service when I call and check on things, I still have to call and make sure things are getting done, such as 6 month inspections.

We're a rather low maintenance client and rarely need any service. The few times we asked for help, both times were not done according to what we requested. 1. We asked for an estimate to install fire alarms, towel holders, etc. We didn't get an estimate but they went ahead and did the work without consent. 2. We asked for 2" blinds to be installed and 1" blinds got installed and we are having to pay extra to get the 2" blinds installed even though the original quote given was for the 2".
I LOVE New Age. I have had them for about 3 years now with my rental. I live out of state, and I would never be able to manage my townhome without Annette. She is so professional and on point with every single thing that happens with the space. Even helping me in finding a contractor when I needed to totally renovate it's 1970's interior, and being my first line if defense when my chosen appliance people were giving me troubles in exchanging a bad fridge. I suggest anyone looking for a property manager to go no further than New Age. I can't say enough good things about this company, and I will continue to use them for many many years to come.

New Age Real Estate does a great job managing my Denver properties. They have a great track record of keeping my units full and minimizing the expenses. I've been with them for over 10 years now. Daren, Angela and others on the team are great about responding too.
Their property management has been terrific and when I needed a broker for a 1031 exchange they were there for me too. No complaints, none!
Great experience. Anne Kremer (our property manager) has done an excellent job of maintaining the property smoothly, ensuring rents are collected promptly, property maintenance, prompt response to our questions. One area of improvement could be to ensure certain bills (water for eg.) are paid by tenant promptly without reminders from the water dept.
Anne Kremer has been our property manager for over 5 years and her professionalism and attention to detail is remarkable. She's great at monitoring our rental units at all times and keeps us informed of any issues. The office staff backing her up is friendly and professional.
