Jan 01,2014After several real estate transactions, Brett Weldon has proven to be very knowledgable about our markets. We have both rented and purchased homes through him. On the rental side, he has responded to any problems promptly. Purchasing a home with him as our agent, has been equally as nice. He has proven time and again that he is there to help us, no matter the situation. Brett has gone to bat for us in various parts of the transaction from dealing with less helpful selling realtors to finance company questions. We would (and will) use him again in a heartbeat.

Jan 01,2014Trust Brett, he gives you his full attention...He says he enjoys his job and he does! He uses his calm fun nature to get thru all the STUFF in buying and selling a house. He is assertive , professional and very knowledgable, or will find out for you if needed. We would highly recommend Brett to friends and have. I keep his card in my glove compartment. We had other choices and recommendations of companies and realitors but so glad we choose a stranger , now a friend. Thanks Brett

Jul 31,2013I would recommend New Age Real Estate to anyone looking to rent a home in Denver. Any time I had a question about the property, needing maintenance repairs, or just general questions about the area my property manager was very timely in responding back to me. I could not have asked for an easier way to rent a home. Everything can be handled online as well.

Jun 07,2013We've had a great experience with New Age Real Estate! We dealt directly with Brett Weldon with our property, and he was an amazing property manager. Whenever there was issues, our problems were fixed immediately. Brett is very courteous and respectful of our time. Now that he is showing our home to be rented he always gives us plenty of notice when being shown. He made our living experience in Colorado Springs very enjoyable!

Jun 06,2013after struggling to sell my home, I contact new age in Colorado Springs to explore renting it. my call was answered on the second ring and Brett humbly asked if I could give him 45 minutes before we met because he was on the other side of town...what? you are going to come and talk to me about my options? my other inquires had not even returned phone calls in 45 minutes! this quick response was not only a sign of Brett's service but his ability.....the home was rented 10 days later!

Jan 02,2014We recommend New Age Real Estate. Our house has had no unrented time. In fact, it was rented out for a little bit over a year, then sold! Brett Weldon has been a dream as a property manager and broker. He was in constant communication with us, we never had to worry about anything. My husband had to deploy before the closing of our house, but Brett helped me finish it from Fort Bragg, NC! Having to PCS is a nightmare in the moving, not to mention having to sell or rent your house out, but with New Age Real Estate and Brett Weldon, it was one less thing to worry about. I highly recommend them.
