Dec 30,2024It was a very professional experience from start to finish. I met Maryam at the Earl’s Court clinic for my initial consultation. I booked in for my hair transplant in Istanbul and was advised on which hotel to book etc. In Istanbul I was met at the airport and transferred to the clinic for another consultation. It was reassuring seeing the people who had done their transplants that day looking well and in good spirits. I then had a day to myself seeing the sights before being picked up from the hotel the following morning to have the transplant. Everyone was very nice and professional and the procedure was a pain free experience aside from the initial anaesthetic, but even that was minimal. There were 3 people working on my scalp at once so it was a shorter procedure than I expected. I was then dropped back to the hotel and once again collected the following morning for my first scalp wash, then taken to the airport for my flight home. Back in Earls Court I had my remaining 9 hair washes by Shirin Forough and others. Again everyone was great and talked through the dos and don’ts of my recovery and so far I’m very happy with the results and looking forward to seeing how it turns out in a few months time!

Dec 29,2024A big thankyou to Gizem, Emre and the team at Leeds for making the trip so seamless. Like many, I was doubtful about going to another country to get the surgery done but as soon as you land everything is taken care of, from transport to the hotel, the hotel booking itself and the trips back and forth to the Istanbul clinic from the hotel. There is always a contact available via Whatsapp at either clinic for any questions and support. I arrived on the Wednesday and had the surgery on the Thursday. The surgery itself was painless and the anaesthesia injections are supposed to be the worst part but it was nowhere near as described. Having spoken to other patients at my hotel who had been to other clinics in Istanbul, they had described the initial injections as very painful, but at the Este clinic they have really experienced practitioners and the pain is nothing to worry about. I can’t even remember how they felt that’s how much it didn’t bother me. The after care is just as important as the surgery and I know if I have any issues I can go to the Leeds clinic to see Gizem and Emre and they will help, whereas with other places in Istanbul you are limited to video calls and photos. I have just had my last wash at Leeds before I start my 3 months after care treatment and am looking forward to seeing the results. You can get the treatment done elsewhere in the UK which can be more convenient, but you won’t get the same care and experience that Istanbul has. I even stayed an extra couple of days and got to explore the city - well worth it.

I'm still in the early days of my treatment but already I can see improvements. All appointments were scheduled to meet my requirements. It was so lovely meeting Carolina for the first time! She was so sweet and lovely and I was really pleased with my hydra facial done by her! She was very welcoming and so friendly! Dec 25,2024EMRE FROM THE LEEDS Branch took all my worries away. I HAD been thinking about getting a transplant for a couple of years. I went to many different clinics and many consultations. Emre at Leeds was by FAR the most professional and he answered all my questions VERY thoroughly. I was very anxious and nervous about the procedure but Emre just told me to trust him and his team. I did and what a genuinely fantastic experience I had. It was PAINLESS and actually a great experience. The team in Istanbul were amazing and everything was seamless (everything was booked and arranged for me). They made sure I was always happy and comfortable. The clinic was immaculate and very high end. Every thing was so professional. I was kept well informed and all my questions were always answered - even In the middle of the night! Genuinely a Fantastic experience from start to finish - It was not possible without you Emre, Thank you so much! I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Special thanks to Forough and Shirin for their excellent care during the washes, and to Alina for being there from the start to answer all my questions. The team truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Highly recommend! Results from the transplant are still to be seen as it’s just been 10 days but up to now everything was very good.

I had previously been meeting with Emre and the Este Medical clinic team in Leeds who are excellent in providing expertise and tailored treatment ongoing. Emre set up my trip to the clinic in Turkey and it really was a first class experience. The procedure itself was very well explained by the doctors and team with clear communication throughout and everything went well. The procedure itself was painless and I have now returned to the UK where I am following the aftercare process which is critical for optimal results. Whilst I now have to trust the process over the next six to twelve months I can definitely say you can put trust in the Este Medical Group. Thanks Emre again for all your help and guidance.
