Dec 19,2024My young daughter has alopecia areata (patchy hair loss) and has been having treatment for it with Este. The staff there have been amazing with her - so kind, they really put her at ease. The exciplex treatment has really helped grow the hair back on the patches of loss. It's painless, quick and she doesn't mind having it done at all. Highly recommended!

Dec 17,2024Review for Este Medical Group I have to say, the aftercare service at Este Medical is the worst I have ever experienced. Once your treatment is done, they completely drop the ball — no follow-up calls or emails. You’re left having to chase them down via WhatsApp, which is unprofessional and frustrating. They constantly push treatments on you, and if something doesn’t work or you suffer side effects, they refuse to take responsibility. Instead of addressing the issue, they sidestep your concerns and waste your time. I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, money, and peace of mind — go elsewhere.

Dec 15,2024Great staff and very smart clinic with high end cosmetic treatments. I had six Morpheus 8 treatments. A bit nippy but over quite quickly. Amnam was a very professional and pleasant therapist. The only reason I’m giving it four instead of five stars is because I found it hard to book appointments at times that worked for me. If you live in Edinburgh or nearby I expect this wouldn’t be so tricky.
