My friends recommended this place for a hair transplant so I got in touch and first met Emre at the Leeds branch- very friendly and professional guy throughout the whole experience making sure all our questions got answered immediately. I felt relaxed the whole time thanks to this legend, a genuine guy who is great at what he does and cares about about his customers, a rare find. The hair transplant in Turkey was also stress free, no dramas, no pain, just pure comfort with our minds constantly being put at ease, absolute professionals. Also huge shoutout to Mojde at the Leeds branch who’s customer service skills are outstanding and again always making sure I felt relaxed and comfortable leading up the the hair transplant, bonus points for the best head massages I’ve ever had too😂 Even to the girls on reception, always welcoming with a great smile and fast to respond!:) Looking forward to the aftercare that starts now and seeing the end results, happy days. Staff are always very friendly. Special mention to Behzat. Recently I have been having my prp treatments with him. Great guy, always smiling and very easy going. We always have a good chat. He makes the whole process very easy and comfortable and offers great advice on how to maintain the hair well. Highly recommend este medical to anyone struggling with hair.

The professionalism, presentation, and information given to me by Emre and his team meant that I received a 5 star service. That also goes for the Este team and the facilities over in the Istanbul clinic, Mario and the team were 5 star. I have had first hand experience of their competitors and this was by far, a much easier and more pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Nov 22,2024Forough and Shirin have been so accomodating over the past 6 months with my laser regrowth sessions and dermarolling in prep for my transplant in Istanbul. This was a completely pain free process. After my transplant, they continued to look after me everyday for 9 days. They are so friendly and made the whole process so easy. Thank you guys!

Nov 26,2024I have recently completed a 6 month programme of laser regrowth and PRF treatment at the Edinburgh clinic. The standard of service was excellent, especially from Younes who I saw twice weekly. The team were fantastic and my results have been really good.
