The staff member that looked after me was Freshteh whose service was phenomenal

Shirin, in particular, was fantastic—she made sure I was comfortable during my laser hair treatment and explained everything clearly. You can tell the whole team genuinely cares about their clients, which made the process so much easier for me. If you’re thinking about getting treatments done, I’d 100% recommend Este Medical. Nov 29,2024Highly highly recommend, I am currently 2 weeks post operation all I can say is that the team at Este have made my whole experience comforting and stress free. From the first conversation to the surgery right through to the after care the team have been great with me. The surgery was the easy bit, pain free. I want to give massive credit to Emre and his team at Leeds that made it happen. I was very unsure about a hair transplant and the procedure before speaking to Emre and the team. After the first meeting your realise these guys are great professionals and have genuine care for their customers, which really put my mind at ease knowing I was in the right hands. Looking forward to the results and the aftercare that comes with it. Highly recommend!

Nov 27,2024I visited Este Medical in Edinburgh for micro needling and a skin peel. The staff were extremely professional and helpful when advising and throughout the procedure. Izzy and Anam were present to assist me and I thought they were very helpful and friendly which I really appreciated, it made me feel much more relaxed about getting the treatments. So far the results have been good and I have booked in for a course. Thank you to the whole team
