She gave a customised treatment plan tailoring to my mum’s and my unique circumstances in terms of time management. Sep 12,2024Our second attempt at a rhinoplasty procedure with the Este Medical Group Glasgow turned into an absolute nightmare—an experience so disgraceful that I will fully document and post all details in full view at a later date. I want to strongly warn anyone considering undergoing any procedure or treatment with this group: proceed with caution. If the procedure or treatment doesn't meet expectations or is performed incorrectly, Este Medical will not refund your money nor accept any fault. Instead, you’ll likely be pressured into spending more. Our experience was appalling, handled with the least amount of care and service. Safety is paramount, and I do not wish for anyone else to endure what we did. I’ve advised my daughter and other family members to post their own experiences separately. While Este is approachable on a personal level, they fail to address critical feedback, which could help improve the service for future clients—something that doesn’t seem to concern him. One incident, in particular, will give you an idea of the type of organization you're dealing with. In Istanbul, an Este representative aggressively tried to force my daughter to sign a disclaimer by shoving only the signature page across the table while withholding the main document. This rep gatecrashed our breakfast at the Hilton Maslak Istanbul at 6:45 a.m., just before we were due to leave for the airport. The rudeness and arrogance were palpable, causing distress to my family and shocking other guests. The rep implied that if we didn’t sign the document, they wouldn’t honor the flights they had booked—even though we had already paid for them. After Este botched the first rhinoplasty, I paid out-of-pocket to have another company complete the second attempt. Este had reassured us multiple times that everything would go as planned, but upon arrival in Istanbul, they changed their tune. Despite making me pay for the flight, hotel, and time away from work, Este refused to carry out the procedure the way they had initially agreed. This left my daughter, who had already suffered through the first failed attempt, deeply upset. In desperation, I consulted with a different surgeon at the last minute. This new surgeon, Dr. Mustafa Yazır, took no payment until he successfully completed the procedure. His professionalism, care, and communication were beyond anything we had experienced with Este. From the initial consultation to aftercare, his team kept us informed and reassured. The procedure was done correctly, with the utmost attention to detail, and the results exceeded our expectations. In gratitude, I took his entire team out for a meal before our departure. The contrast between Dr. Yazır’s clinic and Este Medical Group is night and day. Este uses subcontracted surgeons, not directly employed by them, which I believe contributes to the inconsistency in service. The communication, care, and commitment to patient safety we received from Dr. Yazır’s team were key to their success, and my daughter is thrilled with the results. Este Medical Group reached out to me for a meeting, asking that I remove my review before our discussion. I refused to do so until we could address these serious issues, but since agreeing to the meeting on August 20, 2024, he has postponed it, and not heard from Este Medical Group since. In the meantime I had a FaceTime call with a rep from London who took all the details to follow up. They said that they agreed that we were treated very poorly and below standards. I’ll be posting further updates, but in the meantime, I hope our experience serves as a warning for anyone considering Este Medical Group.

She makes sure that I am comfortable throughout. At the beginning of my treatment, I was so nervous bc I had never done laser before, but Fereshta is kind, professional and patient! She always listens to me and my questions, and explains everything. Would 100% recommend!

The service provided at Este Medical is second to none. Highly recommend visiting Este Medical London if you are looking to have a hair transplant or any beautify treatment.

Sep 10,2024Hi, I just wanted to write a review of my hair transplant which took place in August of 2023 at Este Medical in Manchester. I have contemplated getting a hair transplant for a few years. I went for a consult with Elicka on Feb 2023. So I left it and finally took the leap of faith to go. The communication and support from the staff was really good throughout. The transplant was in Turkey over a weekend. One of the main reason why I chose Este was the aftercare. Like most things you hear some horror stories about how bad things went. By going to Este Medical I had a place to go after the procedure. The after care last for 6 months post transplant. There laser light therapy and PRPs also. Jess was my main contact throughout and she was absolutely fantastic as were the technicians I seen weekly. Everyone was so friendly and it was such a positive experience. So honestly thank you all for you’re professionalism and politeness throughout this experience. Why wait until now to complete the review? When I completed a lot of research myself prior, most of the reviews were after a few weeks post transplant. I felt it was important to see the whole process through so I can give full transparent review. I have pictures for before and after but I am not sure how to upload them. Thank you everyone again.

Sep 07,2024I had a lovely experience with este medical, I initially went in for one treatment but after I became too nervous following up to the procedure, they were extremely understanding and allowed me to use the money I had already pre paid for a series of lovely hydrafacials. It was a great experience (I love getting a fancy treatment on my skin) and everyone involved was lovely and personable. While procedures can and did make me nervous as I had never had anything done before, I felt very safe and understood with the people working at este. If you're more adventurous than me and want something more exicting done, I can't recommend them more!
