Its nice Este medicals have staffs like her. I would really recommend this medicals to people for hair treatment.

I never dred the appointments like I used to at other clinics because she makes me feel so comfortable and is so friendly. She is very knowledgeable and is always helpful. She cares about my results and does everything to ensure I get the best results possible. Este wouldn't be Este without her!

Sep 05,2024An awful experience at their Glasgow branch. I booked for lasers over a period of 6 months, however each time they cancelled the appointments last minute and expected me to readjust my schedule to accommodate them. The staff themselves seem largely incompetent, with minimal professionalism or care for you. They forgot I had an appointment which was booked 4 weeks in advance. The consultants have zero idea or concern about you and they just want to take your money! I dont think they could diagnose mole let alone any complicated skin conditions. Do yourself a favour and do not go to Estee Medical group, based on the free initial consultation. Go to somebody reputable where they actually employ staff with experience and qualifications.

I only trust Simran and her work at Este medical , Simran is very polite , patient , honest and caring to all her clients especially those who have low pain tolerance. She is fantastic at her job and I can’t recommend her enough . I wish her all the success in her career .
