I have had several security systems over the years and the one thing they all had in common was they kept getting more expensive. Recently went total Eufy with cameras and Homebase 3. Everything came together quickly and pretty much flawlessly. As with most things there was a small learning curve. I love the app and can monitor my whole home from anywhere.

I ordered from Eufy before without any issues. This time they sent me a used / opened product. Issue 1: The original seal on the package was gone and replaced with normal tape. Issue 2: Inside the package one side of the s100 wall light was detached. Issue 3: protective sticker on camera missing Issue 4: Couldn't connect to network. To resolve the issue I got a old phone and made a only 2,4Ghz network. Then I updated the cameras firmware and I was able to connect to my original wifi. I initially made a PayPal dispute, but after I got it working.I decided to keep it. This will definitely make me rethink purchasing direct from the their webshop. New should be new and not used. It's a shame they drop the ball like this. As I have many of their products and generally I'm satisfied with the brand.

Base station does not have 3k resolution. It does not include a needed hard drive. Existing cameras must be removed and reinstalled to put on the base station. Displays are better without the base station.

I recently replaced a four year old EufyCam 2 system with an EufyCam S3 Pro system. 4K solar powered cameras with no subscription required, unlike other manufacturers, and a 1TB SSHD for storage is a fantastic system, I can highly recommend. The support from Eufy was very good in purchasing the correct equipment for my needs.

Eufy C31 doorbell. Day 22 and I’m still getting the same questions, requests and advice from the so called customer support! I was so impressed with this doorbell until Eufys firmware update 28/12/24 then the doorbell was rendered not fit for purpose! They sent a second unit but still no joy. Customer support seems to just stall by asking the same thing over and over, I really don’t think they have a clue to resolve technical issues. I feel the firmware people work with the ‘suck it and see’ approach rather than test their firmware like Ring doorbells. Like many, I choose Eufy to move away from the Ring subscription but have learnt the hard way, if I tallied the time up I’ve spent trying to resolve the issue Eufy has cause and multiplied that by my working hourly rate then I would have enough to pay for a good few years subscription to Ring!! Don’t make my mistake, if you’re with Ring, stay there! If you’re thinking of getting a reliable doorbell don’t buy Eufy, I recommend Ring!

Ordered a solar camera and after receiving it I decided the wired camera would be better. Eufy never questioned me they just told me how the return would work no excuses. I ended up going with the solar camera no regrets so far.

The Eufy Smart Doorlock with Camera & Chime is perfect. Reliable, versatile with several different ways to open (fingerprint, code or key). Does not require subscription to monitor. Can use micro card for memory storage. This is the second home I’ve installed it in and recommend it highly.

I really love my eufy robot vacuum. She does an excellent job. She keeps me from having dust bunnies under my bed. We have named her Suzi. I love that the brush heads are automatically cleaned and that she empties herself. This is one purchase that I am so glad that I made. I give her 5 stars. She really made my life easier since I have wood floors that show dust easily. She is so amazing to watch.

Hello, I have a homebase with 1TB hard drive, 1 x wired 4k camera and 2 x S300 camera's. Let's get into it. 1st issue - motion sensor at night isn't the best. Misses multiple activations until really close. 2nd issue. If you select stop recording after motion stops, even with a delay, if motion stops then starts again during delay it will still stop the recording after delay and you'll need to wait for a new motion to set it off. They are not good but can live with... However what I have just experienced is what has led me to write this as I am raging. I bought the wired 4k camera for continuous recording, I bought the 1TB harddrive for storage of the continuous recording due to the limitations, explained in 1 & 2, meaning I can record and not miss anything during the night when stuff is likely to occur. Recently the continuous recording stopped at around 5.45pm every day. Then start at midnight. I raised it as an issue thinking maybe an update is required. They suggest things you can't even do like, is it set to turn off at that time? Change to record continuously. This isn't even an option in the app. I had plenty of memory left on my harddrive so that wasn't the issue. I uploaded the logs as requested. To have an email to saying " After our senior engineers reviewed your issue, they found that your hard drive may have been damaged due to prolonged use or abnormal high temperatures. We kindly suggest trying to replace the hard drive to see if this resolves the problem." The homebase is kept in one of the coolest, not cold, coolest parts of the house, it had been turned off for a full day in-between emails whilst an electrician was round and the problem was still there. So the other problem is the fact that I use the device as it is intended to be used, continuously. There suggestion is to spend more money on another hard drive hoping that fixes the problem. Absolutely appalling customer service. System is two years old so if you spend the best part of £600 just know it will only last two years before you have issues unless you only use it every other day then you may get four years. Even better just use it when something happens then you will get loads of time with it. Quite frankly awful customer service and poor product life as well. Unfortunately I'm probably going to have to get another system now as what's the point of continuous recording that doesn't work. If you buy this system I wish you luck. It was good at the start and image quality is decent but it's got worse over time (is 2 years too long, am I being silly thinking it should last longer?) Eufy fanboy no more.
