Friendly, helpful staff. I originally ordered a cover for a 210 litre water butt. The one that arrived was far too big, but I was able to return it and get the correct one without any trouble. Brilliant!

Having just bought a water-butt from Homebase which fell over and split, elected to buy a Harcoster barrel. Much better quality easy to set up delivered very quickly

Good product and a great price for the double kit offer. I was warned delivery might take up to 28 days and they went over this. Fast responce once I chased.

How ridiculous of you to ask how you did. After a month I still haven't received my compost bin, despite trying to contact you many times. What is your game? And where is my compost bin??????

Exactly the same experience as Adam below. No communication for a whole month. No answer to calls or emails. Only resolved after a month of trying.

I ordered 31/10/23 and the order still hasn’t arrived 30/11/23, having enquired they are still waiting a delivery date from courier’s, so not great on communications or quick delivery. Great price for two waterbutt’s

The final insult is asking me for product reviews for a product you have never provided. Upon ordering the delivery schedule was that most products would be delivered in a few days but could take up to 14 days. Then after 14 days I tried chasing it up to be told that actually it could now take UP TO 28 days. Now 30 days have passed. Nothing. No information, nobody answers the phone, eventually you'll get a generic response with one of a number of generic fudged responses. Either get me my product or give me my money back. This is not too much to ask. Neither is simply keeping the customer informed of ACTUAL stock and delivery time tables. Every complaint on here is exactly the same so they can't pretend they aren't aware of the problem with their atrocious customer service.

We ordered a water butt and it was delivered within a few days. Excellent product and price, it would have been helpful to have a text message for the delivery day. Will definitely use EvenGreener again.

The Hot Bin I purchased seems to have some sort of insect eating the outside of the bin! The bin is black and so are the bugs. I tried to use up all of my 'rewards' but it seemed impossible to use them all as if the Co wants to keep hold of some of them so you go back again.

Easy to make online purchase. Product looks good and well made but too early to say how good it is over time. The catch on the lid is very difficult to use. My main issue was the delivery time. Stated on order acknowledgment that “delivering the order quickly is their priority” but that at peak time such as sales or Christmas it could be between 14-28 days. My order was not at any of these times yet it still took just short of 28 days. Seems that it becomes the target of 28 days rather than getting it out asap. In this day and age no real excuse for that time in processing orders.

The item took a little time to dispatch but it arrived safely with all the appropriate and necessary inclusions. The hot box itself looks great and I am looking forward to composting soon.
