Jun 18,2023Very happy with the service and quality of the Water Butt & stand. Delivery faster than I expected and found instruction video on YouTube easy to follow. just don't forget to check the tap position for Closed and Open. No rain for weeks after fitting it to the downpipe then we had a prolonged heavy shower, after which I went out to check it only to see last of the water pouring out of the tap I had failed to ensure was closed! Lesson learned.

May 10,2023My water butt arrived on schedule, and I installed it the next day with no problems - very clear instructions. My only criticism relates to the cardboard box the plastic butt was wrapped in. I really don't understand the need for it. Surely an address label stuck on the outside of the butt, and instructions inside would have been sufficient?

May 09,2023Ordered 2 down pipe to water-butt attachments (rain traps) that fit multiple sized down pipes to water-butts. Easy to adapt to our sized down-pipes and no problem fitting them, good quality. Work perfectly. Product is 5 star. 6 days between ordering and dispatch with Evri, bit slow and Evri are rubbish at communicating and delivering in the rural area I live in. So could have been quicker. Product well worth waiting for.
