Unfortunately we ordered a fragile item (plastic tubs) and it was just sent in a thin polythene bag with no protection! Unsurprisingly they all arrived cracked/snapped. Really frustrating, but EventDecorShop didn't quibble about refunding me straight away (hence earning an extra star!) but really, I would have expected them to package the item properly to begin with.

The clothes are much more nylon than cotton, not a mixture, they are more silver with a strong pattern than white with a mild pattern as in damask. The thread had pulled on one of the clothes inside the parcel.
