Apr 13,2022Quick delivery but the product (Large white tablecloths) is not poly cotton as described online but clearly 100% polyester. The tablecloths even had a label saying 100% polyester. I called to question this and was told that contrary to my own assessment by feel and a label confirming this, the tablecloths were actually Poly cotton. They are apparently wrongly labelled! I was told I am not the only customer who has queried this. I was offered a full refund if I was not happy. Unfortunately my event was too close for this to be possible and I was left with no option if I wanted cloths on the tables. I was so unhappy with the feel of the cloths that I called again to reiterate this. I was left hanging on the phone and then cut off. Surely it’s against trading standards to advertise one thing and then supply another?

Mar 30,2022I wanted to add to my order after submitting but was told it was not possible to do so and to place a new order for the additional items which meant multibuy discount would not be applied. When the items arrived, they were not as advertised, I expected doble sided tripod stand covers but received triple sided making access to cables and lights difficult. I emailed the shop and was told I had received the correct items. Prices are low and quality is good.

Mar 28,2022I’ve never used Event Decor before but the prices were very competitive and it looked like exactly what I wanted. The order came in great time and was well packaged! However, I have to say the colour of the satin table runners I received was not true to the image on the website. They are definitely more gold than champagne. Thankfully they are still in keeping with my colour scheme and at the price they were I have to say I don’t mind the difference.
