Mar 03,2023Although I have given, what I believe is a well deserved 5***** - that does not mean absolutely everything is perfect. Not all the items for sale are at a price point, I can reasonably use. What makes up for the more expensive items is the attention to detail, great Customer Service, Speedy and Reliable (as well as Affordable, shipping). The products thus far have all been good to great in terms of actual quality. I've purchased the same type of products from other vendors and whilst, about 1/4 if not less of the price, the materials used by EventDecorShop, are second to none. Still, a worthy 5 ***** from us. Feb 26,2023My order came late even though I paid the extra charge for Saturday delivery. Turned out the parcel force in Leicester was closed Saturdays and I needed my order to take with me to London that night. I did and was offered a refund however never got the chance to call back as I have a special needs child. Feathers are beautiful, I just think company should do research on locations as some depots are closed there's won't deliver items and thats wasting money and time for both customers and the business itself. Otherwise this company is great for the quality of the products.
