Dec 04,2024Discount disapproved on checkout- I bought stuffs worth 78£ and yet did not get the % discount on checkout and everyone kept quiet about it meanwhile it's on the shopping page. The products were good but recieving customers is overpromising ( saying what you will not give)

Dec 04,2024Absolutely love everything5pounds I have been shopping here since 2012 only had one parcel missing in 2016 as currier dropped it next door (as I wasn’t at home) which was a shared house. Apart from that never had problems I love it so much!!!! Bargains for unbelievable quality of the clothes from well known high street brands but without labels. Thank you so much 😊

Ordered 2 items, had no notification about when they would be delivered although I contacted several times requesting delivery update and was ignored 1 of the items finally arrived, still no explanation about the 2nd 1. Couple days later received refund for 1 item. I'm assuming it was out of stock ..... Am a longstanding customer and spent considerable amount of money over the years, won't be spending anything else
