Dec 01,2024My parcel was sent to a wrong postal address. Customers service team did respond to my emails. They sent me an email asking whether I would still prefer the items sent to me or a refund. I requested still sent to me and asked if I could have them by the weekend but received no further response or emails. Very disappointing
