Sadly the item I wanted was out of stock, however she had already found another similar item and provided me with the product link which was extremely helpful. Aaliyah was very efficient with answering any questions, artwork was quickly sent through and the delivery received within a week of processing payment. Goods were packaged very well and all items arrived as expected. Will absolutely be using Everything Branded again!

Oct 01,2022VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Everything was going well at the start quick reply’s, alternative options and promises that everything can be achieved by deadline. How ever upon the deadline, items still not delivered. Blame was passed to delivery company dispute Everything Branded choosing this delivery company. Upon speaking to delivery company to check products will arrive on time they would not deal with me as their agreement is with the “Sender” not the “Receiver” I am now left with 3,000 branded items for a event which happen 5 days before the items arrived. Had the opportunity been given to cancel the order knowing it would/ COULD NOT arrive in time. I would have done so. Despite requesting a refund as products were not delivered by the agreed date. They have refused to refund any of the funds. Not even a offer to refund their profit from the transaction for not keeping upto their word. **Definitely pay this company once you have received your order. NEVER BEFOR!**

He replied promptly every time and nothing was too much trouble. Delivery was quick and I was very happy with the final products.

Sep 24,2022I found the product I wanted branded on their website however when I spoke to them they lacked any kind of stock, and likewise with many alternatives. I was eventually offered an alternative which would come into stock in 2 days, so I placed my order, a full 3 weeks before I needed them. I phoned up 4 days before my deadline I had provided, having not heard anything....they were still "in production in Poland", but I was told they would be completed and were on a 24hr shipment. 2 days later, I phoned up again having not heard anything though this time I received a tracking number which was positive. Unfortunately the 24 hour shipment was too good to be true. The day they were due to arrive I spoke to someone on the phone to find out where they were. He was so rude when informing me he couldnt provide any info and just hung up. They took a further 4 days to be delivered due to the weekend. Needless to say they missed my deadline so now I have a load of branded product I do not need. Having contacted the original account manager, he has shirked all responsibility for any delays. Avoid at all costs
