Sep 20,2022Aaliyah handled my order from the start & everything seemed to be going well - until it wasn't. I am now, 6 weeks down the line & without products paid for in full. I am now being told that they are out-of-stock on my items & being offered alternative sizes but I only got this update as I was chasing it - nobody came to me to update or apologise! I also didn't get the approved artwork on some items & am arguing for a partial refund & getting nowhere!!

Sep 16,2022Surprisingly appalling service from Anthony - genuinely shocked by how he talks with customers. Rude on live chat several times. When pressed for answers on a query he used the term 'some guy you are, lol' not what you expect from a company you're looking to order from, also used '...' at the end of most sentences, Which for me is incredibly rude and implies the reader is stupid. When i brought his rudeness to his attention on Live Chat, he disconnected the Chat and called us up for no other reason than to be abusive. A phone call served no purpose to our order ,it's not like he need to confirm anything other than our live chat - it was simply to vent and repeat 'why are you so rude though, why are you so rude though' before disconnecting again. We wanted to place a simple order for 2 items, we paid in the timeframe he suggested - when he couldn't locate our payment he threatened our order would not be sent until paid a second time, then he's refund. After days of chasing my refund he advised he couldn't locate, although a quick call to the accounts department meant a swift refund. Our order came in time, but to order just 2 things we had several calls, days of chasing and countless live chats. When bringing this to a managers attention, we got a wishy washy response.

Anthony Obizulike dealt with my enquiry and was so efficient I manged to sign off and place my order for a rather short lead time due to the bank holiday. We can't wait to receive our order. As you can imagine in this climate, our school budget is limited for certain expenses, however this has not hindered Shrina from sourcing high quality products for us. I was wanting to order some rucksacks for one of my customers, the previous ones they had were out of stock so Aaliyah took the time to find several options for a suitable alternative before an order was placed to include artwork on the bags. A lot of back and forth between myself, Aaliyah and my customer and an order was then quickly approved. Artwork was then submitted for final proofing, and all set up to go. Customer had a cut off time they needed the bags for, and these have been delivered well before that date required, so i will have a very happy customer. Thank you Aaliyah for all your efforts with this.
