So happy I found Anthony at Everything Branded. He was friendly and easy to work with. We had a tight schedule to get product before an upcoming convention due to another company letting us down. Anthony came through with a great product, good looking design of our brand name and logo and delivery exactly as promised. We will definitely be working with him again.

I found Ross Robinson to be exceptional in his role as an online advisor for Everything Branded. I contacted him through the website with an enquiry, sent him artwork and he was extremely prompt in getting back to me with images of the products and I placed my order and it was door to door within 8 working days via UK to Ireland. A great service...competitive priced, highly recommend and will most definately use this company again.

Truly awful experience. Avoid!! We waisted 3 months with being messed around, trying to find Ryan Christie most of the time, constant excuses, no proof sent for the order, then after complaining about the unprofessional behaviour of everyone we communicated with, I wondered if something was not right. My gut feeling was right. We were given a delivery date of the 16th Feb 2022, then the 16th Feb came and went. We chased up Ryan, then the bombshell that there was no order, and he chooses to blame a mystery supplier who he sends a redacted email from. No explanation, nothing. Hey, let's just refund you or you can place your order again. Never again. This was the worst experience that I have had with a company that we trusted to order something basic with and I'm glad I'm never going to be contacting everything branded again to have to listen to the noisy environment of people being loud and laughing and the sheer level of excuses as to why someone is not available to speak.

Save yourself the grief. Be aware of what you are getting into if you choose to order from this company. I was sent a broken sample and then invoiced over $100 for the shipping (which I was never informed that I would be responsible for) And am now being given the run around regarding resolving this issue.....Product was poor quality and customer service also poor

Excellent service from Muzi Sacur! He turned around the order extremely fast as we were running to a tight schedule. The best thing is that he is never scared to just give you a ring and get things sorted rather than going back and forth on emails that take time and things can get confusing. Definitely recommend using Everything Branded and if you are lucky enough to get Muzi as your account manager then even better!
