Muzi delivered excellent customer service, the communication was seamless and always felt in good hands. He offered advice and his knowledge throughout which was much appreciated. After initially aiming to go more eco-friendly with our branded materials a few years back, Jake helped me select some products which were within our budget and actually saved us money. We have varied branding colours for different areas of our business, so being able to pantone match our logos is always a great extra.

Feb 03,2022I found a promotional product that interested me and reached out for a quote. A sales rep contacted me with the quote and it showed the item as nearly triple the price that I had seen on their website. Thinking that their quote must be mistaken, I clicked through the email to the website and checked out the product again. The prices shown were the same as what the rep quoted me. Still, though, something didn't sit right. At that point I realized that I still had my browser window open to that website from when I initially viewed the product. I looked at it again and saw the lower price. I took screenshots of both the higher and lower prices shown. I emailed the rep about the discrepancy. She claimed that it was a website glitch and that their website is undergoing maintenance. MMMMhmmmmmm. Seems like the old "bait-and-switch" tactic to me. This company sets off all the red flags. BUYER BEWARE

Feb 01,2022After waiting since November for personalised pens and being let down by a local firm that kept pushing our order to future dates and then telling us out of stock and pushing order to mid February. I found this company online and requested a quote after uploading our logo and requirements. I did this before I left work and the very next morning Mehul Anand emailed and had sent me a proof, I changed the text colour, speedily he amended my requirements. I had final proof, paid invoice and awaited delivery. Always nervous using new firm but I had no worries they arrived a week later just as stated. Highly recommend this company, we will use again. Feb 01,2022Great planning and design service. The web site was easy to use. I was assisted with my design by Vishal, who worked quickly and efficiently to get the documentation over to me for checking and signing. I ordered branded pens with our company logo. The pens are of good quality for the price and the printing is great. The only downside (which was partly due to the Christmas break) was the length of time it took to get the merchandise - it was a month from ordering as apparently the courier had lost the package so they had to be re-printed, hence why I gave 4 stars and not 5.

During the pandemic which affected everyone worldwide, he continuously provided product details, updates on delivery times and always kept me in the loop so I could pass on any relevant information to management. The level of professionalism, attention to detail and friendliness is second to none.
