We are very happy with Exceptional Villas services and support. From the moment we did the booking request to the end of our holiday, the service was outstanding and professional and the communication was smooth and efficient . The villa was exactly reflecting the pictures on the website. I want to mention the Exceptional support from Julie our dedicated Concierge who organised everything for us for our week in Barbados (activities, restaurants’ bookings....) She gave us very good recommendations to suit our family needs. One’s there in Barbados, she was also very responsive to our last minute requests. I definitely recommend this agency.

Exceptional Villas has made our travel experience so easy! They have been so great to answer any questions that I had as well as help me to book transfers, a rental car, and a chef. Despite the time difference with me being in the US and Noreen in the UK she has been super great to work with and made the whole experience really great! We can't wait to get to our destination next week!!

A big "Thank You" and my deepest gratitude go out to Sinead Fitzgibbon with Exceptional Villas for helping to make my family's Christmas holiday spent in the beautiful Bahamas both a memorable and wonderful vacation! Her expertise in selecting the perfect accommodation, as well as her attention to detail and most importantly, her pleasant and warm personality made all the difference in the world. I travel a lot and I can honestly say that I just returned from the most wonderful, relaxing and memorable vacation stay at One Cable Beach. It is an amazingly stunning beachfront property with a beautiful infinity pool. The 2-bedroom condo was immaculate and breathtakingly beautiful, in fact, everything about this property was exquisite and top notch. High quality furnishings, kitchenware, extremely friendly staff and well-kept beautiful property. Everyone was beyond friendly and stopped by to say hello and were willing to help and guide us to whatever we needed. They made us feel like part of the family, which was very special. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and the front desk personnel were very helpful, courteous and professional, especially Tamara, Anthony and Yveno. Their island charm and desire to make sure all of their tenants were pleased was truly outstanding. Again, thank you Exceptional Villas for making our family vacation absolutely perfect and memorable. I highly recommend them for all your travel getaways. I can't wait to return, I truly felt at home!

Sinead and Niamh were exceptional, worked with us in a time where we needed alot of help. Both were Exceptional and not only gave us hope that they could help but followed through and we got so much more than we expected. The entire staff was super helpful and patient throughout the entire process. They helped to plan for our arrival, and made all requested arrangements which made our visit very relaxed and easy. This was the first time we’ve ever had a cook and housekeeper, and they totally spoiled us. I would absolutely recommend Exceptional Villas to family and friends.
