We will be traveling In two days to our Barbados destination, and everything up to this point has been great. Julie Kirby has been extremely helpful and has handled all my questions and requests promptly and professionally. She has us completely organized and ready for vacation!

Amazing service from beginning to end. While booking Aine was excellent with quick responses and great first hand information and advise about Antigua and St. Lucia. Once we decided on an Antigua reservation Noreen took over and was equally helpful. Every email and question was quickly answered. Noreen took care of all the details from a private Chef, masseuse arrangements and kayak rental. They made planning this trip stress free and easy. Outstanding!

Just wonderful! Julie Kirby has been extremely kind, informative and careful. She gave us smart advice and, thanks to her, our Spring break week at Reeds bay/Barbados has been spotless. The setting was beautiful and peaceful, while the house team was dedicated and discrete. We are happy to warmly recommend the Exceptional Villas company!

We had an amazing time at Turks and Caicos. Our villa, on the inside, was everything we had hoped it would be… great layout, beautiful decor, very clean. Service was wonderful. The concierge, Garfield, and his team, gets an A+! One thing that was misleading was that we assumed since we were affiliated with Grace Bay Club, that our home was adjacent to the Club, and we could walk to the beach, the restaurants, and other facilities. We quickly discovered that this was not the case.Our villa was a 45 minute walk by beach and/or a 10-15 minute drive. Also, our concierge told us that technically these facilities were not for our use as a villa renter. Another issue was that our beachfront was extremely rocky and not very walkable. This was not described to us or pictured in any of the literature. We thought we would be beachfront where it was clear and calm, but our entire area was a coral reef with heavy current. Still very pretty but not what we were expecting. My suggestion is that in the future you inform or show guests their actual beachfront. Sinead was very helpful to us with transportation and dining reservations, and groceries. Also, you always got back to us right away when we had questions, and we really appreciated that given the time change between us. Can I suggest that the complimentary breakfast order varies a bit… Each morning they delivered eggs, potatoes & onion, and bacon, which was fine for a day or two, but we would have loved a little more variety for 7 days. As a result, much of it went uneaten. One other thing was that it would have been helpful to know how remote the house was so that we would have known to rent a car. After reading an internet article the day before our trip, my husband saw how expensive cabs were and so tried to rent a car at the last minute and we were only able to get a compact car, which was tricky with 10 people. As a result, our taxi bill was almost $1000 for the week.

We just returned from an amazing week in Barbados. We stayed at Old Trees Villas in the 2 bedroom Azzurro villa, located on the ground floor. Everything about this vacation was perfect. The west side of the Island is gorgeous, excellent location to stay. The villa itself is spacious, very clean and allows for direct access to the beach so you can wander in and out all day very easily. The water is gorgeous and clear, we did a lot of snorkeling and paddle boarding. The beach is stunning and well kept by Adrian and Tony. They took care of our lounge chairs every day and assisted in getting us in touch with the right people to take us jet skiing, tubing and sight seeing. The boat pulled directly up to the beach in front of Old Trees- it couldn’t have been more convenient! We also were extremely fortunate to have Waveney and Eddie look after us inside the villa. They are professional, yet very warm and welcoming. Additionally, Julie with Exceptional Villas helped with every aspect of our trip- from assisting with stocking groceries prior to arrival, to airport transportation, car rental, dinner reservations and more. Julie is knowledgeable, easy to reach, quick to respond, and professional. She really made our trip seamless. I would HIGHLY suggest Old Trees and Exceptional Villas as well. I am counting the days until we can return!

I previously left a review regarding my stay with Exceptional Villas property in Antigua. At that time I had not been to Antigua, but I was extremely pleased with Exceptional Villas and the ease of reserving the villa and the helpfulness of the staff. However, if their service was a 5 star, then their property in Antigua was a 10 star. All 8 of us in my party seriously discussed trying to arrange more time in the villa. Beautiful setting, view and villa. Hope to go back.

Working with Exceptional Villas to plan our family vacation to Grand Cayman was a breeze. Emma was very helpful in finding and booking the perfect accommodations on the island for our group, and Noreen was incredibly knowledgeable and organized in arranging our excursions and dining for the week. We would happily work with Emma, Noreen, and Exceptional Villas again on our next vacation!

From the first call everyone at Exceptional Villas has been helpful and provided guidance on all aspects of our booking including car rental, site seeing , flight and arrival help, restaurant reservations and activity suggestions.. We travel a fair amount and appreciated the professionalism and attention of the staff.
