Aug 16,2024I relocated with my cat to the UK yesterday. Max, my cat, travelled with my friend in cabin on Transavia from Montenegro to Paris (Orly). At arrivals he was handed over to Nigel and Debbie from Execpets (highly recommended by a friend travelling from Dubai with 5 pets). He travelled in a private temperature-controlled car from Orly and arrived at my address in the UK last night. It was a very streamlined and professional process, and I received regular updates during his journey here. He has settled in very well - eating plenty, slept well and exploring his new home! Big thanks to Execpets for dealing with challenging customs moments, the prepping of documents for EU and UK, a zillion questions, and taking excellent care of my precious Max ❤️❤️🙏🙏 A definite 5-star rating. Aug 13,2024Execpets, Nigel and Debbie, were excellent from the word go. They made contact via Whatsapp and any questions I had were answered straightaway and clearly. They turned up to meet me and my 12 week puppy on time and were very kind and calm with him and me, I am a first time dog owner. They were patient during a long drive from London to Glasgow, Debbie is a great driver, and London traffic was testing to say the least! I am very grateful to Nigel and Debbie, I had assumed a long car journey with a puppy would be stressful and it was anything but. If I ever needed to I would have no hesitation in using Execpets again.

From the initial inquiry to the final delivery, the team at Exec pets was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. The booking process was easy and straight forward, and the staff was very accommodating when it came to scheduling pickup and delivery times. They also provided me with all the necessary information and paperwork to ensure a smooth and stress-free journey for my pets. During the transport, I received regular updates and photos of my dogs, which helped ease my worries about their well-being. He lived the trip and adored them both which is the best recommendation any dog owner can give! Reckon he is looking forward to his trip back with them already!

Very professional and friendly service and the cat was very happy when picked up and on arrival (doesn’t usually like other people but let Rainier stroke him straight away). Great communication and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Jul 17,2024A 5 STAR SERVICE WITH HEART Darren collected my 3 canine amigos and me from Estepona ( Malaga) and relocated us to Scotland. My dogs - 2 very elderly - were super relaxed and clearly enjoyed the adventure as much as I did . Darren attended to all the details , so that it was totally stress free . I cannot recommend Execpets highly enough!

Jul 09,2024It was a great ride. We were a little bit worry that we carried to many baggage and, together with our 2 cats, might not be able to fit in the car. Through the whatsapps group Execpets setup, we communicated with Rainier, sharing our baggage quantity and sizes. He quickly replied that they should be able to fit in but he would provision a roof top box too just in case. And he was right. Our family, our cats and all our baggage just fit into his car well and we did not even have to use the roof box. The ride from AMS to Bristol was very smooth. Rainier is safe and experienced in this route. He is also good travel companion too as he had been to a lot of places and there were quite a lot of topics we talked during the journey.

Jul 05,2024Phenomenal! It’s such a stressful thing moving countries let alone with 4 dogs in tow. Darren and the team made things so easy from start to finish. Communication was always easy and replies quick. 100% recommend for anyone bring or taking pets to the UK.

Procedures were clear to follow on the website and Darren answered all my questions from start to finish. We could monitor our pets during their trip and with regular updates about passport controls, pet border controls, etc…. Highly recommended!

We rescued a dog from Greece and he helped with everything, ensuring we had everything in order to make the adoption happen. Comfortable taxi, non intrusive, friendly, empathetic when our dog had a little accident. Would not hesitate in using again!!
