Jun 13,2023I highly recommend Darren if you need a reliable, communicative and professional Europe to UK pet taxi service. He sent WhatsApp updates on his progress to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport even before he arrived, so I knew he was there to meet my daughter and her dog. Once he had picked them up he texted frequent voice updates on their progress to Calais and then through the Eurostar all the way to West Berkshire. He even sent photos as they travelled. He facilitated smooth passage through the border control points without a hitch. Strongly recommend you use Darren to transport your pets from Amsterdam or Paris to their final destination in the UK or wherever they are going. He can transport several pets at one time and they can sit on the seat, no need to stay in the crate.

Very organized and helped with all the scheduling details as well as clearing customs. He was punctual and an excellent communicator. And he loves dogs and took great care of our two pooches. Our dogs had disgraced themselves and Darren showered them and cleaned their cages so carefully! They were happy and settled during the journey. He is both professional and caring on every level! May 18,2023Darren arrived on time to pick us up to travel together with our dog from uk to italy. The trip took about two days and it was great traveling with Darren who was very patient and lovely with my dog who was very scared. Darren is very kind he planned the whole trip including the overnight stay. His fee is very reasonable for such a long journey. I highly recommend his service. I will never stop thanking him for his kindness and professionalism.

Apr 25,2023I travelled with my small dog from Hong Kong to Paris. I had booked Darren to pick me and dog up at Paris airport to Norfolk and it was hassle free he organized everything! All we needed to do was relax after our long flight which was very welcome. He had kindly supplied some food for doggie too. Excellent friendly service highly recommend.

He cared for the animals, kept in touch with the owners and worked all through the night to ensure that the animals reached home safely. He remained a consummate professional, kind to the animals and pleasant. I cannot recommend him highly enough and would certainly use his Company again. Fantastic service, Thank you SO MUCH!

Faced with delays and administrative issues he continually looked for solutions, remaining positive throughout, keeping us updated at all times, and getting our dog to the UK safely. If I could give Execpets more than five stars I would. Highly highly recommended.

Apr 17,2023Darren transported Ziggy the street dog we rescued in Oman and found him a home in Scotland. Darren was in Amsterdam before Ziggy arrived and even sent us a video of the plane landing. we were sent several pictures and videos of ziggy in his long journey which helped reassure us he was ok. Ziggy was treated with love and kindness throughout the whole journey. his bedding was changed and refreshed and he was fed and given exercise and a toilet break. but best of all we were kept up to date as were his new family and given a live location tracker so we knew exactly where he was on his journey home. I would highly recommend this service and use them again without question. they came highly recommended by the animal charities in oman who use them regularly

Comfortable, really well equipped vehicle, Darren was friendly and professionaI and genuinely caring of pets. I was able to sit with my cat, who travelled safely in a spacious crate, which made the journey less stressful as she is a very nervous traveller. Would recommend to anyone wanting to transport their pet safely, professionally and comfortably.

He gave us guidance on the pet health certificate/vaccinations/timescales. On the day of travel he arrived with us at the organised time and quickly made us and our pets feel relaxed. His vehicle was immaculately presented and clean. Our journey was well planned and we had stops for us and to check welfare of the pets. Darren exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend his services for transporting dogs and cats abroad.

We found him very professional, cheerful & a confident driver, he had the whole route planned including hotel & stopovers for the dogs to have exercise . There was 3 dogs & 3 owners we all arrived at our destinations after a comfortable relaxing journey. We found his fees very reasonable for the amount of work he had to do. We found him a very professional & pleasant person, we would highly recommend his service.

Jun 18,2023From the minute Darren picked us up from the airport in Paris he took excellent care of us. He made sure my cats and dogs were safely on board. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and confident that my pets would be safe and secure. He also provided welcome refreshments, which was a lovely touch. The journey was long, but we arrived safely in London without any issues. I would thoroughly recommend Darren to anyone needing a pet taxi
