Nov 09,2021Post Card was discolored like last Spring, this time a horrible fuzzy green. I was assured that EP would not use this same print co.! This could have been fixed had EP responded in regards to the problem when I first emailed so they could resend it. Scott responded right away and he was on vacation. Gerry sent an apology & said he'd get it resolved. A gal, I think Kristin, called me a week and a half later about it. Scott does an awesome job getting this ready for me and to put out garbage has to be a disappointment to him as well. Nov 02,2021You cannot beat the speed of their printing; this is their #1 selling point for us. My two complaints are that I wish they had a wider variety of paper types for jumbo postcards, like something thicker or more matte. Secondly, colors sometimes print differently from our computers, or a postcard will come out with a greenish sheen over it. I'm not sure if this is a discrepancy between our computers and Express Copy's system but it has happened multiple times now. We choose to continue using Express Copy for our postcard orders, though, because they are the speediest and most scalable option for our purposes.
