Aug 24,2021Having used express copy in the past, I was excited to begin. the relationship once again. BOY have they changed. What was a speedy but fairly priced printing company has, it seems, become a very expensive unreliable printing company. I was searching for a printer to help print and perhaps post real estate flyers and cards for my 30+ year real estate company. Researching EDDM and quick turnaround. After uploading the info,9 days prior to my open house, I was told the base pricing for mailing me the flyers was almost $20. Although the delivery window was "by a certain date...(a Thursday) the flyers were delivered 5 days later. Calling to notify them on Saturday morning that this wouldn't work because the open house was that day... I was TERSLY told they were shipped and it wasn't their problem if shipping took a week longer (told I should have ordered them express) Then in researching other printers for EDDM I was told that what EC told me was incorrect and that although there was a size requirement, they could do the printing for 1/3 the price quoted and while I was charged for the EDDM postage - they did not charge extra to EDDM post the cards. All in all a very sad experience from my previous dealings. A recommendation... Shop their prices and postage fees and most importantly - their customer service attitude.

Aug 24,2021Express Copy had an issue with the image I uploaded, and gave me a call, and also emailed. They did not move forward with printing until they heard from me. We worked out the kinks, and it ended up costing me less money in the end. The customer service is beyond compare! They always offer agents a coupon code to get a deal! I highly recommend them!

Aug 17,2021I've been using Expresscopy for my postcards for longer than I can remember. Especially in a pinch, I've created & had cards mailed out within an hour. It may not always be like that but you can't beat their turnaround time.
