Feb 10,2014Following a phone call because my printer would not recognize the cartridges, I was sent a link, it didn't help, but I managed in the end by pressing a printer button that allowed me to continue printing but without ink usage levels. Will know more when it is time to change the XL cartridges.

I always check prices and they are as good if not better than others taking into account free delivery and good discount for two or more items. Service has been impressive with almost immediate dispatch, confirmation email and next day delivery. What more can you expect!
