Oct 19,2013My first review ever! After placing an order for 4 JETTEC ink cartridges I awaited for my delivery, however there was a little issue when the cartridges arrived. The cartridges were not being recognised/compatible with my printer. I did begin to worry a little to start as I am very anxious about placing orders online. However I called the UK based company, which were very helpful and apologetic and went through the standard troubleshooting procedures but that did not resolve the issue. I was then advised that this was something the company will take up with JETTEC and I will be sent replacement cartridges first. I have received my replacement cartridges, which are now in perfect working order although I did wait few days extra but worth it as just goes to show that we still have online companies which we can trust. Ps, I have yet to return the not so compatible cartridges via a freepost. Trust defined!

Oct 19,2013I was so impressed with the speed of my order it came the next day via first class post the cartridges were perfect for my printer. Also the gentleman than took my order was very patient with me being of the older generation and discussed all my options. Thank you so much I have already told all my friends of your service.

Oct 18,2013I'm always a bit worried about buying cartridges that aren't from the original brand so when I saw the price of these I was a little sceptical but read the reviews and took the chance. Very glad I did, they arrived in a couple of days and have worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Had need to speak with them, in the past, and staff are very friendly, with no "falsehoods". Highly recommend these, and their service. Oct 20,2013I bought 2 full sets of in cartridges. When installing, the red plastic tabs on the top would not come out. 3 out of 4 snapped as they came out. I managed to get 2 of them out but the yellow stuck fast and now anything I print that should be green comes out blue! I also got ink all over my brand new jeans while trying to rectify. All in all, an expensive flop. It would go some way to helping me if you could send me a replacement yellow cartridge so at least I can print ok.
