We started FairCarRent because we had bad experiences with rental cars. We found the process unmanageable, lengthy, and often ended up paying twice as much for the rental car than first advertised. All in all, an unreliable service, annoying, and not the way to start your long-awaited holiday. So, we created FairCarRent to do it differently and hassle-free; To make it easy and convenient to rent a car for every holiday.

I picked my latest car up late last night from Alicante airport and immediately realised I’d forgotten to put my husband on the insurance to drive 😱😱😱 I drove us home and contacted the office to rectify my mistake …. Within a matter of hours ( on a Sunday) it was put right for me 🥰🙏🏽 Top class service …. Many Many thanks 🙏🏽 VERY Happy customer 😂😂😃

Sep 18,2022Have used a few rental car companies in Alicante but FairCarRent are a cut above them all. They are super helpful and managed save me money and extend bookings with ease. Very easy and quick meet and greet with key handover at Alicante airport. No fussing or anything, simple signature and you're off. There are no hidden charges at all nor is there an asburd excess like so many others. Highly recommended and will be the only car hire company I use in future.

No finding then queuing at a desk in the airport, we where met with the car on arrival, friendly staff. Love that everything is sorted and included insurance wise before hand so no hard sell when picking the car up. Car lovely and immaculate. Will definitely be using this company again.

Aug 20,2022Katastrofe!! Havde lejet her da vi var trætte af de øvrige udlejningsselskaber og deres forsikringer og køer når man lander ved midnat. Havde så meget gode forventning efter alle de gode anmeldelser på trustpilot. Vi stiller os på oplyste sted i Alicante lufthavn og ringer på det telefonnummer vi får oplyst. De fortæller de er der om 20 min (i papirerne står der få minutter fra man har ringet). Ham der kommer vil hente os og kører os ud som vi har en parkeret bil et sted. Vi fortæller vi skal have bilen leveret i lufthavnen. Han taler dårligt engelsk men er super hjælpsom og forsøger også at ringe men de telefonnumre der er oplyst på “udlejningsaftalen” er forkerte. Vi venter i over 1 time før man af omveje får vækket en stakkels mand der får bilen ind til os. I deres system skal den ikke leveres denne dag MEN det fremgår ret tydeligt. Bilen er ikke rengjort inden i. SOS nummeret der også fremgår af papirerne er også forkerte . Hvad der skulle have været så nemt denne gang var en sand katastrofe! Der står man skal stå ved en kaffebar på 2. Sal i Alicante men her må man slet ikke køre ind med bil. Seriøst - hvordan kan man skrive forkerte telefonnumre både på Messenger OG udlejnigsdokumentet og ikke have nogle steder man kan få fat på nogle??

The price was so low I initially wondered if it was for real, but it was. Will definitely use FairCarRent again and I hope they open up in Scotland!
