Aug 02,2024I encountered difficulty with loan repayments and emailed them over a month ago to try and resolve it. Haven’t received a reply to the original email. I’ve since sent 2 chaser emails and no replies to those either… Absolutely no support from them whatsoever and this is causing me massive stress and impacting my mental health. They may be fine initially but when you need support, they ghost you. I’d avoid at all costs. UPDATE: To their credit they eventually made contact and have addressed my concerns along with amending my credit file to remove any adverse records - although I’m still waiting for my equifax report to be updated but I know this can take some time

Jul 24,2024Had two previous loans that were paid off in full. Very judgmental, ask a lot of questions which they already know the answer to. Make too many assumptions and don't understand how to read a credit report as they asked if a loan was in arrears but this shows a tick on each month meaning it is not. Not prepared to lend money but then send links to brokers encouraging people to get a high interest loan elsewhere.
