Jan 29,2025They granted me a loan when no one else had just because I was on benefits and had low credit which wasn't my fault due to illness. Was just constantly refused and judged from my situation even though the affordability was there. But they giving me a stepping stone and a future now to be able to borrow more as time goes on and I prove myself. Very kind and thoughtful and very very very helpful. Highly recommended

Jan 23,2025Can't complain really, The form was easy to fill in, and had to do an open banking application, then the next day they asked me a question on my credit report, which I answered. They then quickly accepted, and then signed the loan.... only reason I am giving 4 not 5 and its high margins indeed...... but I signed it around 15:30, and was told the money would be in the next couple of hours..... It was not in till 11:47am the next day. It had me nervous and anxious until it was in as was worried I had been scammed! Thankfully the kind lady on the phone the next day reassured me that any applications signed past 1pm will not get their money till before noon the following day! Had that info been shared with me the day before, I would not have been anxious and constantly checking my bank account! That said, the money was in and I really can't complain as they very kindly accepted me with really kind staff on the phone too, so thanks for the positive experience! :)

Jan 23,2025Still a reserved 5 star as i haven't received any funds in my account yet. But due to document checks the turn around wasn't 24hrs. More like 2-3 days. Hopefully the funds reach quiet soon after all the loan has been signed and finalised and just waiting for the funds to hit my account .
