Dec 15,2024CD Keys didn't have DBZ Kakarot in stock (currently arounf £100 down to £20) but Fanatical did! Saved me a bunch and will be treating Fanatical like another CD Keys in future. One of the first places you should be checking for a bargain. I even got a choice of free game with my bargain; like wow!!

Dec 14,2024**Update at bottom** Bought a game which was then put under manual authorization even though they took my money and posted no where that this might happen. You actually have to look for the disclaimer. I have tried their Facebook website, discord and even a support ticket and no one is responding. I then see other people complaining about the time zone support which means I will have to wait until they wake up. I stream in 3 hours and have no game to test etc before hand. Can't even get a refund and get it else where as no one has responded in three and a half hours due to all being alseep at home. **Update** Took them 12 hours to hand over key even though I asked for a cancellation and refund. Yes I got my key at midnight when I was a sleep. I emailed them just after was checking my emails and used their support email address and and told them I was unhappy with no one helping me for 24 hours for cancelling my order (at the time of the email). Their Discord had got back to me 6 hours into the problem but they could not do cancellations. Anyway, a guy called Steve wrote back to my email within 11 minutes (who clearly did not read the part about cancelling and getting my money back) wrote that my key was ready... That was it. I am now still awaiting my refund.

Dec 14,2024Hay mucha facilidad a la hora de comprar y los precios son bajos, lo cual, ayuda mucho a convencerme para comprar. Solo pediría tener cuidado con aquellos contenidos generados por IA, por ejemplo, libros o cursos que tienen muy mala calidad o contenido bajo o nulo.

Dec 13,2024Acabo de comprar un juego y no me daban el código, tuve que contactar con soporte. Resulta desagradable que después de pagar casi 40€ te dejen colgado a merced de que contactes con soporte o quien sea.. Primera y última vez que compro, al final probar cosas nuevas puede salir caro. Mejor las de toda la vida sin duda.. Edit: No tiene sentido en lo que te escudas, aseguran codigo instantáneo que después de realizar el cobro me dejan en espera, para ver si finalmente me dais lo que acabo de pagar y posterior puesta de ticket ayuda. Porque después de pasar mi tarjeta tengo que buscarme la vida para que me den el producto? Es muy desconfiable. Además el sistema que mencionas no funciona bien porque ponía salta si realizas varias compras, y solo compre una vez en mi vida, esa vez. Tenía 3 estrellas pero bajo porque encima se justifican, es de poca vergüenza.

Dec 12,2024A good selection of games available, and the mystery bundles tend to be good value even when they come with duplicate keys (which, given how many games I have, is relatively often.) An easy to use interface and pretty hassle-free payment and redemption system.
