Fanatical really cares about their customers. I bought their birthday mystery bundle and the games. once revealed, were not to my liking. I didn't reveal any steam keys, so I tried to ask for a refund. Although it said you couldn't do that for mystery bundles after revealing names, Steve was really understanding, he knew the games would go to waste with me, so he just made the refund. Amazing service.

Globally, the site is great and honest. Rating, direct links to Steam game page, pricing. It is smooth and painless navigation. I like the bundles, for a chance to discover "under the radar" games, at a lower financial risk.
The site actually cared about customer experience, when the product advertised wasn't up to standard.
It took a while to figure out, how it worked out, but overall went smooth.
Bought their bundle called mystery b'day gif bundle. all of them were trash games. No any AAA games even a cheaper one. if u think to buy their mystery bundle avoid that. Edit: Talk about what? U sent me all cheap games. At least non a good game.

Some bundles were a bit buggy but were fixed after a couple of days, oddworld in particular. Wish they would start stocking up on GOG keys so that I could affordably grow my collection on the platform I prefer more.

Dec 09,2024I realized that some of the Ubisoft games I purchased that I yet to redeem were expired, so I contacted their support and asked about what happened. Steve explained the situation for me patiently and offered a refund for the order that was a while ago, which beyond the period how they usually approves refunds of. Great way of handling customers from Steve, and I will keep using Fanatical like I always did for the past few years Everytime their supports are responsive and helpful.
