Mar 05,2025Booked a flight for 5 from my closest airport. Shortly after I get a email to call. I call and was told I had to be flexible with dates or do another flight and I my payment wouldn't be refunded. There was not mention of no refund. So I challenged them on this and refused to budge so booked me another flight from further away and charge more. I waited never got ticket so I disputed with my credit card company. I have called and emailed several times no one gets back to me except the REP that sold me the crappy airfare supposably. I had to rebook through another airline to make sure I had flights, and they are refusing to refund me although I NEVER got anything for my payment and was never booked on a flight by them.
