Aug 03,2017Fast Sale were wonderful, from start to finish and this review comes with high recommendations. I must commend their staff who are well chosen. The Company and Staff are thoroughly professional and precise, at all times always respectful and polite. From the initial telephone call to a very nice young man ' Thomas Rowe' who was very attentive and polite and has a lovely speaking voice over the telephone. Thomas Bedder was also very nice, bright manner and professional, very helpful. Shannon was Superb and very pleasant with great patience, answering all our questions with ease and expertise. Thank you Shannon for guiding us through everything, you were amazing and so helpful, brilliant and very organised. You are a great asset to Fast Sale. Finally, thank you Fast Sale for helping us all the way through. You made the process of selling a very easy process from start to finish with the expertise and companionship of your Company and Staff.

It was quick and easy and Daniel talked me through everything and was always there to answer my many questions. If you need to sell your house quickly would definitely recommend!

Jun 02,2017I must admit when you use a an online company for something big like selling your house you go in with a bit of trepidation. But after just days dealing with FAST SALE TODAY, you realise what a professional, Excellent company you are dealing with. From the first contact you are dealt with in a very impressive way. The communication from everyone I have spoke too and emailed has been dealt with in such a fantastic way that they take all the stress out of selling a house. We had several companies look at our property and by far this company was the best (and they also gave us our best offer). I would totally recommend this company to anyone thinking of selling their house. I can assure you would be getting a five star service

May 23,2017Fast Sale commits to buying your house, for cash, with no fees, no chain, and no fees. They delivered on that promise and if you're in the situation where a fast cash sale is the right way forward then I would recommend them wholeheartedly. They are transparent about their valuation process and the discount they will apply, and at all stages there is an openness and clarity about the process. This is not the route for everyone, and you will have to counter whether you want speed of transaction or you want to maximise your sale price (while factoring in the fact that they will pick up all fees), but I am very happy with the service I received and the deal we reached.

May 10,2017We are an agent who recently dealt with Fast Sale Today, selling one of thier properties for them. We found them easy to get on with and professional. For such a big company dealing with many properties I'm sure, they always had time to discuss the property and the transaction throughout. Even when the transaction hit the inevitable hitch and hold up, they were flexible and allowed us time to rectify the situation and continue to a satisfactory completion for all. Ikra Shah especially, was always on hand to discuss matters and we found her approachable and always acted and presented herself on our level. Thumbs up......!!

Mar 21,2017I was a bit sceptical of using such a service at first, but from my first phone call through to the money being transferred to the bank I was kept informed and updated on every occasion. I knew I would receive less money for the house than the market value, but Fast Sale Direct offered me more than a few of the other companies I tried. Would I use them again. A definate Yes and without hesitation. The service was fast, friendly and very efficient.

Mar 14,2017I would highly recommend Fast Sale Today to anyone looking to quickly sell their property. I needed to release the capital in a property in order to finance a business purchase. Although, as expected I had to accept a lower than market value offer, the Fast Sale Today team were able to deliver an exchange and release of the funds within the agreed time frame - less than 3 weeks from start to finish. Their customer service was outstanding, there was no anxious nail biting and waiting by the phone as they were excellent at keeping me informed every step of the way. Excellent service all round!
