Jun 03,2014We had an eviction order and avoided doing anything until the last minute. After seeing an advert in the newspaper, we called up and explained what was going on. I could not believe that within 5 days, the whole sale had gone through! We received some equity out of the sale and were able to stay in our home for a few weeks while seeking a rental property. If anyone needs to sell fast, this service must be put to the test!

Jun 02,2014Did what they said they would do. Service oriented and hassle free. Wasn't able to close the sale quickly but this was caused by delays outside of their control. Would recommend them.

May 28,2014My husband and I had tried selling an inherited property for 14 months with the local estate agents. We had lost hope in trying to sell it so as a last resort we called up Fast Sale Today and questioned how the service works. It was explained very simply – almost seemed too good to be true. We were told the offer would be up to 85% depending on the survey and some other checks. The speed of the sale was impressive and the customer service was exceptional. What was a stressful process was made for easy and simple. Pity we did not try this sooner.

May 27,2014The bottom of our house buying Chain Pulled out for no reason, leaving us in a very difficult place to be as we did not want to loose the house we were purchasing, whilst relocating from Cornwall back to the home counties for many reasons.. After making several calls and getting two firm valuations from the most professional sounding Cash by companies, we went with FST, as I felt that the staff were strait talking and transparent, and there offer was the most competitive. The only Hiccup in the process was that on completion day the funds did not clear until after close of play for our solicitors, but we had the keys to our new house by 9 am the next morning. So FST were able to make it happen and we are back where we want to be.. Thanks!

May 23,2014I have travelled throughout Europe over the last 30 years and in 2005 I discovered this little gem of a country called Slovenija. In September last year a property became available in a wonderful location and I decided to sell my house in Cornwall to make the move of a lifetime. Along came Fast Sale-today. Totally amazing service, professional all the way and believe me I am very cynical about anything involving "quick fixes". The whole thing took just 3 weeks from start to finish. I was offered a completely five star deal and I would happily say that it was a totally unbelievable positive experience. I would have no problem in recommending this company. My dream move to Slovenija was made possible via Fast Sale-today and they have my eternal thanks for treating me in such a considered, respectful and courteous manner. Meanwhile, here in Most na Soci, it's time for slurp !

May 15,2014with our park home becoming available on a certain date, we had to sell to release equity so that the park home could be bought. I was told it would take between 7-28 days but the sale ended up being 7 weeks. I was told this was because it was a flat with a short lease so I can understand but still frustrating. It did sell quicker than using an estate agent. Now that we are in our park home, the pressure if off and reflecting back, the service overall was good.

May 14,2014I lost my job due to an injury and since then I have found it very hard to get by. My wife has never worked but now does some part time work to help pay bills. We slowly fell into arrears and avoided calls and letters from the bank until a eviction notice came in. we were so scared, decided to google the best way to sell our house. Fast sale today was one of a few firms we called. Their approach seemed right for what we needed so we went with it. Good service, sale completed in 3 weeks. during that time the solicitor did contact the bank and hold the bailiff off. We are both thankful for what they have done and pleased we chose them.

May 14,2014I contact Fast Sale Today because my husband and I wanted to release equity. Our plan was to go on an early retirement and travel plus give our kids some money each. The sale seemed to go through so smoothly. The best part was that it was private and discreet. We had no viewings or buyers walking through the house. We did have to sell at 85% of the value but that included all costs. When taking the other benefits into account, we were both very happy and thought it was the best decision we could have made for selling our home.

May 13,2014We had to sell quickly to relocate but was very weary about who to choose. We shortlisted 4 firms, and proceded with 2. After the initial survey, it was clear fast sale was going to be better for us so we cancelled with the other firm. They were just so much more professional and also offered a good price for a quick sale. Very happy!

May 13,2014To me, the customer service of a company is everything. I found the staff very helpful, always reply quickly to emails, text messages and can speak to them on the phone after hours. Brilliant.

May 12,2014Decided to use Fast Sale Today for a quick guaranteed sale as agents had let me down and the move date for our new home was coming ever closer. There were no fees, the price was agreed and after a couple surveys, we exchanged contracts and completed. Altogether it took about 3 weeks.

May 12,2014We DID have certain reservations about selling our property in this manner but we couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. We got a very decent price for our property especially considering it needed quite a lot of TLC that we were unable to do due to illness. They gave us extra time to complete and on the actual week we were suppose to finalise my partner was taken to hospital for more than a week. Robby called me and was not only understanding but was actually more concerned about my partners health and again gave us more time and the assurance that the sale of our property would remain as it was, which was a massive weight off our shoulders. The solicitors they set us up with were also more than helpful and always at the end of the phone or email. All in all they made the apparently stressful experience of selling our house easy and hassle free. I would highly recommend Fast Sale Today and we would use them again in a flash.

May 10,2014We did get less than the market value, however, taking into calculations of costs of estate agents, solicitors fees etc the end value was ok. The end value was less than original quote but with a little bargaining we ended up with close to what we wanted. Would not recommend the solicitors the company used, but had good correspondence between company and ourselves throughout the process. They always answered any queries and were available at weekends and evenings.

Jun 04,2014Having bought and sold many properties over the years, I thought of exploring a quick sale due to a opportunity that had come my way. Pressed for time, I needed to sell quickly but I didn’t want to give it away. Auction was a consideration but given the upfront fees, lack of certainty and wait period, I sought a private buyer instead. Fast Sale Today did as they said, we completed within 2 weeks at a fair trade price. Would recommend them to others providing they want a quick sale and are happy selling for a trade price.
