Sep 26,2023Ito yung usapan na hndi malinaw. First nag pa book ako ng A2A 30days visa, bayad ng half then the rest will be paid on same day. Then sabi matagal daw ang approval ng 30days.(wait what?) then sabi mag b2b na lang na 60days visa. Pumayag ako, (fully paid) then after ilang oras nagmessage wala na daw PALANG SLOT. Magbibitaw ng information na HINDI SIGURADO.. I ASK FOR REFUND but 5 to 7days pa daw, wala akong choice, then nagoffer again A2A na lang daw (30days) i paid again additional.. Long story short, 18hrs layover turns to almost 55hrs. Hndi maipprocess agad ang visa, ended I call someone (PRO) he managed to get my new application within 2hrs approved... I ask refund sknla pero hndi daw pwede dahil na process na, like what the heck. Process na pero mas naunahan pa sila sa new application and approval ng iba... 😂 Patawa!

She is very keen, will remind you everytime for all the documents needed, even when the visa will expire soon, she will update you and she is very accommodating unlike the others that I had to talk to when she was away. Jul 13,2023I paid the visa cancellation because I need it urgently. But they take it for granted and just waited for the visa to expire. They asked 300aed for visa cancellation without doing anything. Good in money dealing but poor in service commitment.
