a very well managed company with caring staff on the odd occasion that ive had to call them . the application process for returning customers is as straight forward as it gets . you send text saying "NEED" followed by the amount , and its sorted there and then . last time i re applied it took exactly 45 seconds and then 10 mins to reach my bank . absolutely first class service unlike the majority of others where they are slow or keep requiring basic information everytime and its a mission just to get an answer, with feratum thats never a problem and i would recommend to everyone without question

Wanted a direct lender not the hundreds of texts you get with a broker The initial application was simple and loans can be ordered with sms useful reminders about 3 days before repayment is due. Money usually in the bank within an hour of requesting a loan. Would definitely recomend to friends and family.
