Ferratum WERE great initially. Applied for a loan and was accepted and money Was paid out. Process was really quick and straightforward. After repaying the loan in full and on time I applied for another loan. Despite the fact that no changes had been made to my credit file since my first loan was approved and despite the fact that first loan was paid in full and on time Ferratum chose to decline my second application. Thanks a lot.

Ferratum has to be the most convenient and easiest company to get a loan with. It's straight forward with no hassle and very easy to re-loan once paid first loan with only a simple text message. For someone with an awful credit file like mine i was very happy to be accepted and remain a customer until now.

Took out a plus loan txt the number to repay early and save myself some money was told by txt there not open on saturdays. Got a txt during the week saying my payment is due in 3 days again i replied with take payment they still did not. The following saturday i got a txt and email sayi g would you like me to take the payment now? Funny your not open Saturdays. 5 time ive asked them to take full payment they have not. Then tell me there not open Saturdays when they clearly are. Im still waiting for them to take the paymet. Cant help but think they are trying to bump up the intrest on your loan as that's how they make there money. Shocking company to do that to customers i wouldn't use them again. I've requested them to take the full payment for the 6th time and close my account. Im not funding these vultures. Intrest is very high.
