Dec 02,2021Spoke to Lydia. Initially gave me some great advice. I was advised to take out an IVA. Lydia went through my options, she sent me a link to upload some documents, told me to save the number she was calling from in my contacts under her name and this was her direct number. She said that if I have any any questions I can contact her on that number or through the link she sent me. I wasn’t told that an IVA means my name and address would be put on the insolvency register which is an open register. I had doubts so tried the ‘direct’ number (which wasn’t a direct number) and link sent (which had expired) to contact Lydia the day after I signed the documents to for my application to be put on hold while I discussed my situation with my pattern. Eventually I called to request I was told I would receive confirmation that the application was on hold but I received no such email. I also emailed Lydia to request the application be put on hold and also received no response. Around 10 days later I missed some calls while working, then received an email Hi Mark, I have tried to call you several times over the last few days to see if you are going ahead, without any response. Are you going ahead with the application or not? This is so I can cancel off your application if you are not. I then had a conversation on the phone with Lydia and I tried to explain that I needed more time to go through my finances with my partner. Her response was questioning my delay and that I was wasting her time and her colleagues time on my application. This phone conversation was polar opposite to the friendly reassuring conversation I originally had. Lydia asked me to give them an answer in the next few days. Rather than ‘waste their time’ I emailed within an hour to cancel my application and apologised for wasting their time. Again I received no response. I requested the application be put on hold nearly three weeks before the first payment was due be taken. I cancelled the application completely 2 days before the first payment. They still took the payment and it will take 10-12 working days after before the money is returned. It’s easy to be lead down a path when others lead you down.

Sep 18,2021Scammers have pretended to be this company emailing me making out my prepaid card loan had been approved, i didn't recieve it though the post and they never replied to my emails, i have unsubscribed all these scam loan companies, i was lucky the bank refunded my money, fake emails and i can't trust them, times are hard for someone like me but i would rather turn to food banks or switch to living on tinned food than be scammed by loan companies, i unsubscribed the lot of them, when i rang customer services on Monday, they gave me a number to ring which used up all my free calls and i kept getting cut off, they never rang me back or replied to my emails, this doesn't seem legit to me, a fake customer services, there was no prepaid card in the first place by the sounds of it, if you get told you have been approved for a loan don't fall for it, I'm not falling for it any more, i had a lot of money refunded into my bank account that all these scammers took from my bank account., you can't trust these companies.

May 13,2021These people have been operating under different company names whilst slightly adjusting their narrative. They have been trying to scam me since late 2019. I give them an email address where I can automatically dump their email in the junk mail folder. Don't be fooled by their approach, they are grifters and they deserve nothing. If you wish to waste their time then go for it, because that's what they deserve.

Dec 24,2020Doesn't properly explain how their "debt consolidation" actually works. I gave them 4 Credit Card companies to consolidate. They only talk to 1 at a time, not all at once. The Snake Oil Salesman makes it sound like they deal with all the companies at the same time. Was promised I would have legal representation if any lawsuit was brought. Not how it works. They farm out your lawsuit to a local lawyer, if they can't find one, you have to represent yourself. Now I am locked into giving them over $380 a month, and have one of the credit card companies suing to garnish my wages.

As shown in information given by a&f finance solution you will get login info n work within 30 minutes of submission of fee, but after passing 30hrz I didn't get any login info n work.n there contact no given on their site are also not responding.

Oct 17,2020I haven’t heard back , I rang almost 4 weeks ago, and spoke to Richard who I got on over the phone with really well , seemed really quite genuine , was asked to provide all of everything that was income related..handed all my documents in to be told , okay we should know within a week if iva or debt management plan is more suitable....and that was that, now I have missed this months payments as I asked him is this okay to do? So he replied on the messaging portal yes that’s okay to do, and now I’m more stuck than ever, the stress has hit the roof and I’m hearing nothing about an iva?? What is this company about? I will update if needed but unfortunately right now this is all I have to offer on my review Update, heard back and hopefully this is going to get on track will change up the stars when it’s set in stone Thanks Richard.

He has walked me through the process, kept me informed, always has the time to answer any questions and like I said even though my situation is small, Javid has never made me feel anything less than his priority.

Oct 01,2020Sketchy. Zero professionalism. "Our reviews are better than Disneyland"...oh really? Seems like fake reviews sprinkled in with real and NEGATIVE reviews. Save yourself the time because this isn't the right route to take if you're worried about debt. Anastasia will send you rude, pushy e-mails that are meant to manipulate you before passing your info onto some other dudes. The first guy wasn't so bad but sent me reviews to this site which quite funny since this is the only place you can find reviews and most are fake. Another guy called today and was so unbelievably rude. I, a possible customer, am not playing games by being wary of a possible scam. Do NOT trust these people. Go to a financial advisor or attorney if you need help with your debt or you can get debt consolidation loans through accredited and trusted credit unions or banks. Thankfully I'm smart enough not to jump into things because they look good on the surface or I'm certain I would've ended up in a worse spot. I regret even looking into it in the first place.

Jul 28,2020These reviews specifically stating an employees name are fake. They dont show the entire process, just the initial customer service. Everything will seem great until they completely mishandle you as a client and you end up with your wages garnished and court summons.

Jun 19,2020If you want to have your debt negotiated or settled, go to a legitimate attorney, financial ADVISOR, or just stop paying your cards and the creditors will work with you. Whether you stop paying on your own or through this company, the creditors can sue regardless. Your wages can be garnished, your home can have a lean put on it. It is simply not worth it. The "consultants" are poorly trained and young. They are not actually licensed financial advisors.

Jun 15,2020When I first looked into signing up it sounded like a brilliant plan. They did none of what they were supposed to but they continue to take money out of my account. They sent letters to the wrong creditors won’t respond to emails respond to phone calls the lawyer is not helpful just tries to blow you off and tell you to call you the 800 number and yet I’m paying her retainer fee every month. Worst decision ever
