Two other contacts from Finance Solutions did not go well, a female, a name I have forgotten was very aggressive, too aggressive for me. The male, was okay, but it was Michael's professionalism and his kindness and patience that got me. Mar 10,2018John Donohue was fantastic. He presented my options in a straightforward manner and discussed the pros and cons with the given options. I've been struggling with medical and credit card debt. Cancer treatment is very expensive, and I've obviously had to prioritize where my finances go. Unfortunately, this meant that my credit card debt ratio needed to compensate for day-to-day expenses. Eventually this became unmanageable. I expressed my concerns and questions to John and he promptly answered them. John is an asset to your company, and the man definitely deserves a raise or promotion.

Feb 27,2018No contact at all after review was posted. They know what they are thats why they dont contact u back because they dont have any excuse that are viable to tell you....they never even started negociating with one of my creditors and never even showed up to the court hearing like promised or like that little pc of papet u sign that "guarentees" they will repreaent u!....hahaha what a joke of a company now my only option. Is bankruptcy thanks to these scammers

Feb 16,2018I had contacted this company during a tough time in my life. I had been swamped with credit card bills and medical bills that I simply could not afford. The credit cards companies refused to work with me and lower my 25% interest rates. I had nowhere else to turn. The modification option they offered me came at the right time for me to get back on track. I am a year in and have already seen multiple agreements set up with my creditors and am even on track to finish earlier than expected. I cant thank everyone here enough for all of the work they have done and the support ive received along the way.

Nov 12,2017I have a son and a widow sister who have cancer which has put me into a financial crisis, There have also been other situations which has caused me to make several high cost charges that i really could pay out due to my retirement income, I also has the feeling that I had no where to turn, Then I contacted Finance Solutions had spoke to Patrick, I basically poured my heart out and thought I was on the brink of filing chapter 7 or 13. Patrick found a way to help me out. He was fantastic, Patrick was very professional, friendly knowledgeable. I am now seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks again for all you did for me,

Oct 20,2017These guys have scammers written all over them. I do not understand how they have an "A" BBB rating. They sent a marketing letter in the mail. I responded to the letter. The rep I spoke with said they have no information regarding the terms of a loan, and that they are only a phone service who takes information, then has the actual financial planner or something like that, call me back. I gave them some limited information. A rep named Daniel called me within about three days. He asked for my birthday and said he would do a soft credit pull, then get back to me in 24-28 hours with the program. I asked him about the interest rates and loan terms on the marketing, he was vague and never indicated what the terms could be the terms. I have A+++ credit by the way. Well, Daniel never called me back. I called Finance Solutions back and left three messages, as well as emailed them. No response. Then two weeks later, another rep named, Kevin calls me back and asks me if I am ready to move forward? Are you kidding me? I explained that I had tried to contact them several times a week ago with no response. He said that I was not approved for "the loan" due to my debt to income ratio, but that I was approved for something else. A credit program where they will negotiate with the credit card companies. I asked him what the terms of the "loan" would have been because no one ever told me what I was even applying for. He said he did not have that information. I asked him what he was showing my debt to income ratio to be? He said he did not have that information either. In fact, he really didn't have any information at all. So, a loan company, sends a marketing letter with sketchy loan terms, no one at the company knows anything about the loan terms. After contacting them, they don't call me back for two weeks. Then when they do call me back, they cannot approve the "loan" that no one knows anything about, because of my "debt to income ratio," which they have no idea what it is. Oh yeah, and I checked my credit report. They did a hard pull, not a soft pull. It is registered on my credit report. These guys are no good, liars. They may even steal your identity. Look out! Phone numbers: 646-693-3220, 646-793-3086, 646-489-1819, and the BBB phone number for the business 855-331-4852. Scam! Scam! Scam!

Jul 12,2017Hey! I'm enrolled in a debt settlement program with Boulder Legal Group. I've been sued by one company. Evidently they use the services of "Litagators" at Finance Souloutions. My "Litigator" Hugo Sayamo, ( not sure about the spelling), is assigned to my case. I talked to him one time, and he said he was offered a settlement that I could not fund. Thus far, I have been unable to get him to return my calls. I'm sure he is too busy trying to settle my debt to return them! At any rate I'm sure he will have success in settling it, and if not it will be interesting when I go to court in November! Keep working hard Hugo!

Feb 01,2017I was referred to finance solutions by a friend. I like how they discussed all my options that I qualified for. And even the options I didn't qualify for. Even met with someone in person for a signing, which they required. I would have preferred an e-sign which would have been quick and easy but I suppose a face to face signing is more trustworthy. No complaints on my end, pretty smooth process. Finally have an actual finish line towards this debt

He answered every question I had and made me feel very comfortable in my decision to move forward with debt management. When dealing with the overwhelming feeling of being in debt it is a very scary decision. Robert was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns in a timely matter. After that point her emails became extremely rude and unprofessional. After the experience I had I would advise others to be very wary in considering this company.

Jun 08,2016HELLO READERS, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! My Experience, I am in some credit card debt due to starting a business that has not quite taken off and was in need of additional information or possibly a debt consolidation option. I gave them a call and was getting very quick, respectful service in regards to gathering my information, answering questions, etc They gave me my options within a few days and were ready for me to make a decision. Of course a debt consolidation is a HUGE financial decision so I wanted to make sure of knowing all the info, etc. I had more questions to ask, specifically regarding the implications of my credit score, etc and basically starting getting resistance from them. I am an informed consumer and well versed in credit scoring, etc and the main person I had been talking with basically lied to me. It might have been out of ignorance or flat intentional deception, but either way, no one should answer questions, assume, or go on about what will happen to my credit when truthfully it wasn't true. I later did more research and from what I can tell, these companies hang you out to dry. They don't pay your creditors and lets your bills go 90+ days late, then restructure a payment agreement. Of course they get all of their fees and costs, the creditors get a fair amount of your debt and tax write-off the difference, meanwhile your credit it destroyed for 5+ years. WHY PAY SOMEONE A TON UPFRONT TO THEN LATER ON "NEGOTIATE" A SETTLEMENT? After I knew I was being possibly deceived I wanted a second opinion and still had questions. The gentlemen then stopped answering my calls. I've left 4 voicemails over 4 business days just trying to get some more info and yet to be reached. What's also bad the number on the front of their website is not monitored by a secretary or a smooth automated system. It immediately goes to some directly which you have to know an employee or extension. Either way, DO BUSINESS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND PERIL. I wouldn't trust them to do what they say or at least transact business on your behalf ethically to protect your credit. THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF DEBT REDUCTION OR CONSOLIDATION SERVICES. GO ELSEWHERE FOR BETTER SERVICE!

Aug 27,2015They promised repeatedly first payment withdrawn from my checking account would be a month later than it was, leaving me in a very bad position with no cash and other payments possibly failing because there wasn't enough funds available. Very poor communications and not doing what they say their going to do. There's a word for that!
