Unfortunately, DPD were not great on one delivery so I emailed asking for Royal Mail who have delivered with these before with no problem and FCW replied and obliged. Great service. These are my to go to company each time hubby fancies a new colour watch to add to his collection 👍🏻

Jul 09,2024Decided on the swatch mono black instead of the Tag Aquaracer calibre 5 as they both tell the time and look good but one will prevent me getting mugged. In all seriousness though first Class Watches are excellent, great service, quick dispatch and at a great price will buy again.

Jul 09,2024This is the second watch I’ve purchased from First Class Watches and the second time I’ve been disappointed. The first was a Hamilton watch a few years ago now, it turned up in a broken box with a broken case and the watch was loose inside and damaged. I sent back for a refund. I vowed never to use them again as the packaging was rubbish. I spotted a watch I liked and thought, well it could have been a one off, I’ll give them a go again, nope, watch box again was damaged, again the watch was loose inside the box, in fact it looked like an ex demo watch, but wasn’t advertised as such it was supposed to be brand new, but it was obvious as it was unsealed & it had been taken out and placed back in incorrectly. There also looked like wear signs underneath. So back it went. Not a bad returns policy, although slow to refund, delivery is not brilliant as I had very little communication about delivery. Make your own mind up, maybe I’m just unlucky with this company, never had a problem with main dealers launch as Goldsmiths etc.
