Bought Braun unisex watch for myself found it heavy and strap hard rang customer service to explain my problem and would it be possible to exchange it no problem but ladies watches all smaller than the one I bought .Happy with explanation !

Great experience, the watch arrived the next day with free shipping. It came in perfect conditions and they had removed links to match my wrist size. I hadn't heard about the company before, so I was worried about the watch's authenticity. But I felt comfortable ordering it after some research.
