Jan 30,2023Slecht programma in paar maanden al meerdere storingen dat lessen niet doorkomen , ze reageren ook niet op de chat je moet hele drama creëren en dat via hun partners dan pas word er werk verricht . Schade die je leid door ellende komen ze ook niet tegemoet in welk vorm dan ook.

Apr 30,2021This app was good when they lunch, but now the prices are not as they say on the descriptions... they charge you more that what really need to take from your income! be aware. i like the idea of the platform, but for the price that charge you , the customer care is really poor .. they do not reply to your problems immediately it takes more then 3 days to receive a reply to a Q&A . to be honest there is better platform with a better customer service and also better price. after being with them few month i decided to close my accaunt because.. i really do not like the hiden fees that we pay.

Dec 05,2023Vreselijk systeem. Werk ermee vanwege Onefit. Hiermee ga ik dan ook stoppen. Annuleren van lessen vanwege vakanties zijn een kriem, lessen zijn moeilijk aanpasbaar dan veranderd de hele reeks ipv 1 les etc etc. Drama. Nooit aan beginnen, tenzij je extra werk wil.
