Jan 16,2023Ordering was easy, and delivery was super fast. The TV stand is absolutely everything as advertised. It's a lovely, well-made piece of furniture that looks fantastic in our bedroom. Easy to put together as there is a YouTube video to turn to if unsure. Worth every penny. Highly recommend

Jan 09,2023Ordered an item on a Friday. Literally 2 hours later I decided to cancel the order. I emailed them stating this but apparently it was magically dispatched. I tried to contact them but they would not reply. I then as instructed on the website sent a recorded delivery of the item in its on original package, bearing in mind I didn’t even open the item once received, paid £20 for return and still Awaiting an update or refund. I am Now taking legal action.

Jan 06,2023Ordered this on New Years day and was prepared to wait a couple of weeks thinking that Fitueyes would need to get back into the swing after the holiday break. No, amazingly our package arrived 2 days later! Very pleased. The TV stand we ordered was the larger size with a shelf, it came well packaged with instructions and the tools to use if you don't have your own. The instructions could have been better but if you use some common sense, it easily fits together and looks great, really classy. The shelf moves up and down to the height you require and we will use the base for a speaker. Over the years we have bought a few TV stands to hold various TV's but this is the best one, once the stand is put together, the TV just lifts into place and then can easily be left in the middle of the frame of even moved along to one side. Overall, this has been a fantastic experience from Fitueyes and I would highly recommend them.

Dec 06,2022I ordered the wrong size & assembled it very easily before realising what I'd done. Their policy is very clear on their inability to take returns if assembled but they still went above & beyond to help me - excellent customer service! As for the product itself - well made - easy to assemble, robust and good quality. Very pleased with my purchase (second time of ordering as I also ordered a desk from their sister company which is also brilliant). I would heartily recommend - just make sure you order the correct product before you start building it as they have various sizes for different TVs - it was my fault but they were still brilliant

Nov 29,2022We love our new TV stand. It's only issue is that with our 42 inch TV, there is quite a lot of pole showing above which is a little annoying. Also our tv couldn't be attached exactly as described because it has a particularly strange back. Ours is a 5 Yr old Sony bravia. So it is not as well attached as it should be.
