The house was very nice. The only problem we had was with the pool heater. The instructions for how to heat it up and switch from pool to hot tub were very confusing. We had to use other buttons in order for it to work

We absolutely love the property we stayed at in Destin. This is our second time staying in the same house. Great location and the property is very well maintained and always very clean and with covid this was particularly important. We had one small issue with the TV/internet and Five star quickly fixed it. The pool was not heated as we had requested and it did take a day to get the pool vendor out to get the heater turned on. Otherwise it was a perfect stay!

This is our 2nd year staying at the Adonis, we come every year for the Seafood festival. This is our first year with Five Star Properties and I must say that they are awesome. They made sure that if we had any issues they attended to our concerns. This is a beautiful property and I would recommend this location for others who may have a large group. The bikes were a extra treat for our party, as they truly took advantage of those. The house provides ample amount of space for everyone. We all enjoyed our time at this property!

We were very excited to get away to the beach for a week, given the current COVID-19 situation! We rented the house to accommodate my family of 5 (including 3 kids, 6 year old, 4 yrs old and 8 months old), and my two parents. There was plenty of room for all of us! We loved the pool in the back that the kids could play in and the big kitchen to fit all the chefs. The reason I gave it a low score was due to the cleanliness. I was VERY disappointed. Not taking into consideration the fact that right now I feel like every rental should go above and beyond and make sure their customers are extremely satisfied and comfortable with the fact that the place has been disinfected properly. All the linen and towels were in bags, which was nice. The beds just had a paper tag over them, not 100% sure if that meant they were cleaned properly. One of the beds my daughter slept in, the dust ruffle had stains on it which led me to believe that the linens weren’t washed properly. I had to strip her bed and remake it, which was the last thing I wanted to do after driving for 16 hrs. When I went to use the washer and dryer, the dryer was full of hair ...not sure human or pet...but either is gross. The coffee table in the living room had some coffee spilled all over it and it ran down the legs of the table and that was not cleaned properly. The dining table was sticky, we ended up buying a tablecloth so we could eat on it. Going up the stairs there was a TON of spills on the walls, have NO idea how that happens. There was NOT ONE clean kitchen cabinet in the kitchen, and when we wiped down the counters, the paper towel we used was black. Good thing we brought our own disinfectant wipes and we wiped down the whole house and basically did an entire cleaning on our own. The property manager did return our cleaning fee, but it wasn’t about that, it was about the fact that we had to clean an entire house after traveling and it did NOT make me happy. Also, when we were outside swimming we noticed there were a lot of wasps flying around, we found two wasps nests and we have an allergy in the family. So we had to keep an eye on that. The outdoor shower did not work very well. One of the knobs didn’t turn, we called maintenance and they said basically just to use a screwdriver for the time being to turn it on and off. That was disappointing. Last, if you are renting this house and you have small kids, take into consideration that there is only TWO bathrooms in this house and ONE bathtub. So we had to bathe all of the kids in the master bathroom, which the tub and shower are both outdated and need some serious maintenance. We ended up spending 90% of the time on the beach, so after cleaning the whole house from top to bottom we ended up having a good stay. Definitely would NOT rent this house again.

Highly recommend! Just went with my family at the end of September and had an amazing time. The house was great!! I loved how close it was to the beach and that it had the private entrance. The beach chairs on the beach were nice to have. My family enjoyed the bikes and pool. The house was very clean. The kitchen also had everything needed to cook which many places don't. There were plenty of towels. I loved the location!! So cute. Only downside was the beach was brown. I dont know if was because of the hurricane or it is always that way because of the canals close by. Anyhow the beach water was still clean and we had fun. We felt like we were at Malibu.

Grandview 403 was absolutely amazing! The condo was stunning with just about everything you could ever need. We all felt like there was plenty of space to rest and relax. The balconies were an added bonus to enjoy the ocean and views from the condo. My family had a wonderful vacation and hope that we can return to this location in the future!

The house was nice but there were a few problems. Trash was full when we arrived to the location. The elevator was not working. The grill outside was not clean. There were dishes that had not been cleaned and had spoiled food and mold on them. The hot water was NEVER hot, not even warm. We had to take cold showers and wash the spoiled molded dishes in cold water. One of the bathrooms in the bedroom had a shortage so the lights didn't always work. Also in the same bathroom the shower head was broke. Maintenance came out multiple times about some of the problems but we hated having to continue to call for different problems we were discovering. Having the issues we had is the only reason we didn't rate it 5 stars. But the house was beautiful and in a great location.

Very pleased with our condo - Dunes of Crystal Beach! Stayed in 101 & plan to book again for our next October trip! The one recommendation that I would like to make is to supply more towels & face cloths. We typically have 11 women in our group and they are used quickly. Thanks!

We have stayed in Monterey B201 multiple times and always enjoy our stay. It is a very nice place, always clean and one of the best balcony views ever. The only thing that could improve the stay to a 5-star is that the den furniture needs improvement. Not very comfortable to sit on for any period of time and for anyone who has any back issues like myself, it’s basically terrible, no support at all. J.M.

Place was very nice an close to the beach. Very high end house. Only faults were the showers had little to no hot water and there was mold on the bathroom ceilings in a couple bathrooms.

We had a terrible experience with Five Star Properties and Bliss Beach Rentals. My family visits this area several times a year but will never use this company again. They made our family trip that we had planned for months an awful experience on arrival! Do not rent from this company!

Our rental home was perfect. Our experience with Five Star / Bliss Beach Rentals was very disappointing. We are frequent visitors and will not rent any properties managed by Five Star.

Love Bella Riva 108. It was absolutely beautiful. Only downside was the thermostat could only be turned down to 70. We like it a little cold when we sleep. Did not have a grill, which would have been nice to cook on. But again, these were just our preferences. There were plenty of towels and pillows. And they supplied several items for us like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, bath soap, dishwasher soap for 2 loads and laundry detergent for 2 loads. The condo was perfect. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We stayed at the coconut beach house and it was amazing. Had everything you needed plenty of dishes and toiletries. The pool at this house was very nice and very close to the beach. Will stay again in this location.
