Everything was done in a timely fashion, updates via phone and email were regular and the pricing was fair. Overall great experience, I will certainly use them again should any problems arise in the apartment. Thank you Olivia for organising everything!

After discovering a leak in my sink at 8am I was able to book a plumber online, had someone call me to discuss specifics and timings within the hour and the plumber arrived 2 hours later to fix it! I felt calm and supported throughout this - which often isn't the case when things start breaking! Highly recommended.

Jul 13,2021I have used FIXXA a few times over the last 2 years and have never been disappointed. Their tracking system is very helpful, and I love the fact that you can choose the exact day and time for the Contractor to come. This works brilliantly for a Landlord who's not based at a property where the work is to take place. I also love the fact that you receive "before and after" photos and a Track Report at the end of the job. It's especially helpful when needing to forward these details to the Tenant. The staff at the Office are very responsive too when there's a query to discuss - it's not just purely an online application where there's no one to talk to if needed. Highly recommend.

Jun 14,2021Chloe at Fixxa went above and beyond to help me out at short notice with a handyman. It felt like having a concierge service to match the right tradesman for the job, and then oversee the whole thing. Dimitris arrived, put up the pictures exactly as I asked, cleaned up and left. I then received a report and a follow up call from Chloe to check I was happy. I will definitely be using these guys again!

The tradesman did an excellent job and was very helpful. The job was well priced and I did not have to negotiate with the tradesman . Very easy and simple to use will definitely use again

Stu was punctual, knowledgeable and did some fast problem solving when a complication arose. Securing the booking and quote was super easy and straightforward. The handyman went over and above in taking photos and reporting back the job as complete. Such a simple process and the service takes all the hassle out of dealing with issues in the flat. I will definitely use them again.

Sep 02,2020One of the problems running an older commercial building in the City of London is finding someone to do those small "handyman" jobs at a reasonable price. We found just that in Matt from Fixxa who completed 4 plumbing related tasks in 2 hours all to a very high standard.

I appreciated the ease and timeliness in scheduling a handy person to visit my house to help with building and affixing shelving and numerous art works to the walls. A gentleman named Matt arrived promptly. While it can feel weird having someone unknown in your house, I immediately felt at ease as Matt was both professional and knowledgeable, and also had a demeanor that was calming but diligent. He worked efficiently to assemble and affix the projects. He couldn't have completed the work any faster or more effectively! Much of the art work is very delicate and precious to me, and he took great care in handling everything. Matt was very trustworthy and I would definitely use him and Fixxa Ltd again for their efficient and professional services!

Sep 20,2019I was able to book someone to come and complete some decorating at very short notice, which suited my timeframe. The work was carried out to a suitable standard. I got paint in advance so the job started as scheduled. The main repair I required was completed very satisfactorily. One small repair was not as neat as I would have liked but was easily sorted. The price was as expected based on the hourly rate.
